This top floor studio condominium, is just steps away from Snowmass Ski Area and a short walk from shops and restaurants in the Village Mall. Enjoy your own private balcony or cozy up in front of your own personal wood-burning fireplace after a full day of skiing. To relax, take advantage of our on-site, two-tier hot tubs. Featuring a queen bed and a queen, pull-out sofa, this studio is perfect for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.

Laurelwood 311 is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Truly ski in/ski out location which can't be beat. Nice hot tubs, and close to restaurants and shops on the Mall. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Cozy Stay

My family ( 2 adults and 2 under 3 years old) stayed in this beautiful condo and it was a great spot for a weekend stay. The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pull out was comfortable, and the check-in was easy. The condo is walking distance to the snowmass mall and easy to locate. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed this unit with the two windows in the bedroom area and openness of not having a door. We also enjoyed the balcony deck with the mountain view and also some pretty trees close by. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Easy travel to Aspen and surrounding area

We went to maroon bells and into Aspen. Be sure to make reservations to maroon bells. The shuttle between Snowmass and Aspen is free and easy to use. This studio is great and clean. Definitely recommend to any couple.

Great view and loved the rental

We loved the rental. It was set up cute and being summer it was very quiet. Also liked that it was close to restaurants and shopping too. Staff was very nice and friendly--even after we locked ourselves on the balcony and she had to come rescue us. (tip:door locks automatically unless you unlock from inside) We felt right at home. Thank you for a great rental.
