This unit is located on the second level from the parking area with stairs and an elevator.

In the winter months you will enjoy the convenience of accessing the ski slope just steps from the building. Your weary ski legs will greatly appreciate the ski storage on the ground level and the quick trip up the elevator back to your condo at the end of the day. In the morning, grab your skis and make your way down the slopes to the Village Express chair lift or the Elk Camp Gondola to access all the amazing trails on Snowmass Mountain. The condo is so convenient you can stop for lunch and then head right back out for more fun on the mountain. In the summer you can start your hike or bike ride on Snowmass Mountain from your condo complex.



This property is just a short walk to the Snowmass Village Mall and steps away from Viewline Hotel and Conference Center. The ski-in/ski-out location onto Fanny Hill is a green run that takes you to the Base Village. All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
