Fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean from the master bedroom featuring a king-size therapeutic bed. Our beach offers breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, making it the perfect getaway. Enjoy miles of beautiful uncrowded beach — no crowds, no city noise, just the relaxing sound of the waves and peaceful surroundings.

Located in the highly desired gated community of Pajaro Dunes, guests are welcome to enjoy resort amenities including tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, plus scenic biking and walking paths.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Leave beds unmade we will wash bedding and get it ready for our next guests. Place towels in the washing machine and start the wash
Take trash and place it in the dumpsters near where you park. Lastly don’t forget to take all your yummy food. We hope you have a relaxing time and make lots of memories!!

Our beach house is sure to be your favorite getaway. With just steps away to the sand enjoy sunsets and sunrises a perfect place to make lasting memories.
A perfect romantic getaway or great family vacation awaits. Besides the serenity of the ocean and less than 30 steps to the ocean our beaches are not crowded.

What makes this property unique

Besides the beautiful view of the ocean there are several amenities available to use.
Full access to tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, horseshoe, pickleball.
There is an outside shower just outside our unit perfect to rinse off after a fun day on the beach. We also have a small store for last-minute purchases along with a nature center to view facts about Pajaro Dunes wildlife.
