Beach lovers paradise with just steps to the sand. It's perfect for two people looking to stretch out or 4 can easily fit thanks to a wall queen murphy bed that sleeps like a normal bed. The beach decor with an electric fireplace adds to the magical ambiance our home embraces.
Feel the romance the moment you walk in the door. The electric fireplace takes the chill off the winter days and makes for a great place to read or cuddle. Come unwind from life’s craziness and renew your mind and soul.
Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean waves from the master bedroom with a Kingsize therapeutic bed. Our beach provides the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It's the perfect getaway. The beach is YOURS! No crowds, no noise except the ocean waves, very peaceful.
We are located in well desired Pajaro Dunes gated community.
You are welcome to use our resorts amenities that feature tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, and biking & walking paths.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Leave beds unmade we will wash bedding and get it ready for our next guests. Place towels in the washing machine and start the wash
Take trash and place it in the dumpsters near where you park. Lastly don’t forget to take all your yummy food. We hope you have a relaxing time and make lots of memories!!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Potential guests must be 28 years old and provide a form of identification before renting and a list of names of people who will be staying.
No Smoking or parties permitted on the property. Guests and those staying at the Cabin are responsible for any damage done during your stay.
Property fee is the Tourism market tax fee of $1.90 that is charge per night.

We had such a great stay here! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for a quiet beach getaway. We loved our time at Pajaro Dunes! The beach was clean, and so quiet compared to the public beaches nearby - we had the whole beach to ourselves most days! The home was cozy, comfortable, and we loved eating in the little deck at night where we could hear the waves:)

Beautiful and Quiet

Very relaxing, convenient first floor with access to the beach . The place was clean and had all basic necessities. Comfortable bed. It's a bit of a drive from town ( about 12 minutes ) but it's also very calm and private for a relaxing time. We had a great time.

Wonderful Getaway

We really enjoyed our first visit to Pajaro Dunes and loved Annette's property at the Shorebirds. The property was clean, the proximity to the ocean was excellent, and the kids loved the murphy bed (smurfy bed). The master bedroom bed was a bit small and not as comfortable as we would have liked, but overall it was a fantastic experience.

Really great experience from beginning to end. Beautiful home with everything you can think of or may need, extremely well equipped. Great location with the beach just off the back porch! Lovely cozy place

We had a wonderful time at this rental. Clean with new and updated furnishings and appliances. Even though it was a condo, it was incredibly quiet and we never heard a peep from our neighbors through the wall or above us. Gorgeous picture perfect view. The host was very accommodating and communicative. We will always have fond memories of this stay!

Slice of heaven

We are so sad to be driving home. We had a magical stay at this beautiful property… while it is set up for adults and incredibly romantic, it is also in the most convenient spot for bringing the kids to be able to easily get to and from the beach. It was clean and perfectly stocked. The resort is quiet and friendly allowing for a tranquil place to unplug and unwind. We were able to spend some time connecting as a family and we are so very grateful!

Can't Get Closer to Beach

Literally steps out the door and you're at the water. Can't beat the location. The unit itself felt a little small, especially with the murphy bed down, but usable and worth it for the location. Great patio. Beds aren't the most comfortable but they aren't horrible; could use some updating. We were so impressed by the cleanliness when we arrived, especially after experiencing how much sand blows around and sticks to feet.:) Check in and out was easy, key pad access. Overall, a wonderful stay.

A breathtaking experience worth sharing

A good impression always starts with great communication. From the beginning the communication was excellent and from there, everything else followed. The location is amazing and the place is great! One of the things one wants to experience when vacationing, is the obvious - vacating. As soon as we got there, time was no longer a factor and we felt welcomed right away. The cleanliness and relaxing setting was amazing and to complement the awesomeness, the convenience of having the beach as your backyard. After hours of being at the beach, walking, resting, playing with the kids, and being in the water - one can get exhausted. So the walks back to the home were nothing but an added plus. I wish we could have stayed longer. We had the opportunity to play some basketball and walk around the complex, which is full of vibrantly green plants - which made the experience more enjoyable. Looking forward to doing this again some time soon!

Besides the beautiful view of the ocean there are several amenities available to use.
Full access to tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, horseshoe, pickleball.
There is an outside shower just outside our unit perfect to rinse off after a fun day on the beach. We also have a small store for last-minute purchases along with a nature center to view facts about Pajaro Dunes wildlife.
