Beachfront Condo with Spectacular View

The unobstructed view of the ocean waves takes your breath away from the moment you walk through the front door. Let’s face it, that’s what you’re here for, so put your bags down, and take it in for a while from the living room or balcony. Keep an eye open for occasional sightings of an otter drifting by, dolphins riding the surf, and perhaps even whales! Enjoy the frequent visits from the sweet hummingbirds that come to drink from our feeders on the balcony. This clean and comfortable condo is located on the third floor, facing West for spectacular sunsets.

You will also enjoy the beautiful furnishings and decor in the interior of the condo during your stay. The master bedroom shares the ocean view, with access to the balcony, and has a California king size bed with a goose down mattress topper and goose down pillows. The second bedroom has two queen size beds with goose down pillows.

Take a short drive to dine out in Aptos, Capitola or Moss Landing, or grill up your own delicacies on the BBQ. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood burning fireplace, catch your favorite movie on the flat screen T.V. hooked up with cable and/or the Blu Ray DVD player, have some laughs over the plentiful stock of games, and stay connected with free Wi-Fi.

Pajaro Dunes Resort is nestled approximately 20 miles south of Santa Cruz, and 30 miles north of Monterey. Located at Sunset State Beach, you can enjoy long strolls to Manresa State Beach and beyond. Spend a fun-filled day kayaking with the otters at Moss Landing, just a ten minute drive. Boogey board, surf or fish right outside the condo. Watch the extensive variety of birds while strolling around the Shorebirds pond, or enjoy a friendly game of tennis, pickleball, or basketball on this beautiful and peaceful property.
