So comfortable, safe, quiet, quick to town. Had all we needed. It truly was like coming home.Turkeys hanging out in the expansive grounds with beautiful trees, flowers. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed. We will be returning.
The house was clean and there was plenty of space. There was excellent communication with the property owner and the check in and out process was easy. We would definitely stay there again.
Place was quiet, easy to get to, and in excellent condition. Very comfortable. Just outside the cute town of Jacksonville but only 15 min from all of Medford. Would absolutely stay there again.
We came to Jacksonville for a wedding and had the best time. The house was the perfect distance from downtown. The host thought of everything. I will definitely stay here again.
The house was comfortable & well-equipped for a family Thanksgiving. We seemed to be above the fog line, so enjoyed our sunshine while areas around us had dense, cold fog. We also had frequent visits from locals: various deer and a large flock of turkeys. Especially appreciated was our proximity to the trails in Jacksonville Woods & Woodlands. We would recommend this property & would be happy to return.
A most comfortable, attractive place to stay. So well-equipped from condiments to kitchen equipment to toiletries to linens. Close to Jacksonville and Britt. Lovely comfortable furniture outside. Everything as described and more, Highly recommend.
We had a really nice stay in Jacksonville, OR during a winter storm. The house was beautiful and close to town and wineries. The host was very communicative and helpful. Overall, I very much recommend.
We had a wonderful stay. The house was welcoming and beautiful. We felt right at home. A good time was had by all. We will definitely request this home on our next visit.
Loved this house and it’s garden/outdoor areas. Close to everything. The layout is great and it had more than what we needed to enjoy our trip. Excellent communication and no problems at all.
We stayed here with 4 teens and it was a great spot. It was close enough we could jump around to different wineries and stop back to make lunch before going back out. The WiFi was pretty spotty. We had a hard time even watching a movie in the evening. Wild turkeys and birds everywhere. They were a little limited on bowls. But overall great stay
We had a wonderful time at this property. Quiet and comfortable with beautiful scenery and animals. The whole time at the property was relaxing. The only suggestion we would have is to maybe upgrade the master bedroom bed.
Thank You!
My partner and I stayed here with my two sons and our dogs. It was such a beautiful home, well kept and very comfortable. We all enjoyed it and felt like we had numerous options space-wise to enjoy time together and time alone when needed. The deck in the backyard was beautiful. I enjoyed sitting there looking at the stars in the evening. The front porch is also very inviting. We watched a thunderstorm or two from it and enjoyed the peach and quiet. My family is hoping to return here next summer.

Cute house with a view
This is a very cute house - interesting layout and amazing views back and front. We saw deer, a family of wild turkeys, and jack rabbits come up and down the hill. We loved the peace and quiet of the location.
There were a lot of wasps that unfortunately prevented us from being able to use the decks at all, which was part of why we chose the house. (The property manager did let us know the day before our arrival that they were treating for them, but that was too late for us to change plans.) The house was not super clean (dog hair) and there were stains on the carpet upstairs, but otherwise, it was a comfortable vacation home for a family with a young child.
We would probably consider coming back again if it weren’t for the wasps!
My two brothers, I, and our spouses met for a long weekend; one came from Washington the other Northern California, so it was pretty much midway for us all. The house is situated in a quite serene location and was very relaxing, I only wish some of our party could have better controlled their exuberant potty mouths while outside as sound does travel and I hope we didn’t disrupt anyone else’s enjoyment! 😳
Sharon was very responsive and quick to boot which is great when you have an immediate question or concern.
The house was pretty well stocked with everything you need, and we were able to cook any and all meals sufficiently.
There are a few old pee stains (but NOT odors) in the upstairs bedrooms which the owner is aware of. I mention only because I always investigate upon arrival to ensure we’re not blamed for any existing issues.
My only wish would be to have an umbrella on the deck as it can get hot pretty quick under the direct sun, and a little shade would enable further enjoyment of the outdoors.
We have friends who reside in Jacksonville, they and everyone in my party all agreed, we would look to book this property again for ourselves, and in the case of our friends-for when they have visiting friends/relatives, in the future!
PS-This was my husband and my second visit to Jacksonville. We have enjoyed many of the local wineries but a special shout out to Red Lily Winery-great wine and beautiful grounds!
The property was perfect for what my friends and I were looking for, a quiet retreat space for wine drinking and card playing. Everything was there for a mid-week getaway and we never had to leave the house to go get any supplies.
Was able to bring my dog along and not worry about her as we sat on the porch in the morning with our coffee and fall morning weather.
Would definitely book again!
Very comfortable place and the hosts put some thought into what is needed. All the standard kitchen appliances, etc. Nice thing for us was the kitchen was also supplied with cooking oils and spices. We had a great relaxing time, and we would stay again if we were in the area.
