Brand new construction that is well-furnished and provides all the extra little touches of home. Great place for a long-term stay or shorter stay. This home does not have any stairs, but the both bathrooms do have shower/tub combinations. The living room is super comfortable and opens up to a well-appointed kitchen. You can`t go wrong with this new home!

LIVING ROOM
Large living room provides enough seating for plenty of people and features a ROKU Smart TV that you can watch your favorite apps during your stay. The living room and the kitchen are fully open and connect.

KITCHEN
Seating at the bar top table for four, plenty of counterspace, french door refrigerator and all other major appliances provided including Keurig with coffee pods. There is a washer and dryer in the hallway closet that is connected to this room.

BEDROOM ONE
Master bedroom with king size bed. This room has a lot of storage including two closets and a dresser. Attached full bathroom with shower/tub combination. Enjoy your ROKU TV from the bed or while you are getting ready for the day!

BATHROOM ONE
Attached to the master bedroom, this bathroom not only has vanity storage, but also a linen closet. Shower/tub combination.

BEDROOM TWO
Two twin beds make up this room, which is perfect for your kids! There is also a large closet in this room and dresser for storage.

BATHROOM TWO
Located in the hallway, this bathroom also has a shower/tub combination and plenty of storage in the vanity.

BEDROOM THREE
King size bedroom with a large closet, dresser, and ROKU TV.

BEDROOM FOUR
Queen size bed with a large closet, dresser, and ROKU TV.

You will have access to the entire home!

The home met our needs and was pet friendly. The photos on the listing are misleading as the property is much more worn inside. The coffee table had deep gouges, the leather stools for the dining room are well worn and missing “leather”, the sitting chair in living room had frayed and stained fabric. The stove also had loose facing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean but living area/kitchen were dusty. With that said, it met our needs at the last minute trip for family emergency.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space. The neighbors were easy to talk with and friendly. Our employees were happy with their stay and would stay here again.

Perfect rental!

Brand new and very cute. We rented this house for 8 days to attend the Western & Southern Open. The house was spotless and well stocked. 4 internet TVs and garage was a plus in the heat. The house is close to a Kroger, CVS, McDonald's, and a Speedway. It was located in a nice, quiet, family neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Good place for Miami University graduation

We stayed here for the Miami University graduation ceremony weekend. It’s about half an hour from Oxford a relatively easy drive. The home was a clean and comfortable. There was even a basket of snacks for us on the table. The only thing was we weren’t able to adjust the thermostat. It was a more complicated thermostat with no instructions.

This is our 2nd year at this house, and we will probably be back next year for the Western & Southern tennis tournament. There are 4 of us ladies, and the 4 bedrooms and 2 baths are perfect for us.
