The location was great. Great view of the ocean, close to everything you need and easy to get to. i would highly recommend swimming with the manta rays at night! the big island has a little bit of everything for people to enjoy different things around the island. Would highly recommend staying here again.

Perfect lanai views

We had a great stay at this rental. The location was excellent for heading into Kailua-Kona (~20 min. walk downtown) or elsewhere on the island. The sound of the surf is ever present, and it was lovely to have coffee or dinner on the lanai. We saw outriggers on the water everyday and spotted dolphins a few times. The bedrooms were quiet & gave 2 couples enough privacy. Plenty of fans to cool the rooms down. The place was well stocked with cooking items, linens, and beach items (including beach chairs, snorkel gear, and boogie boards). We never had a problem with parking. Great to have the washer & dryer in the unit. Checking in and out and communication with the property manager was a breeze. Really great rental.
