Ocean Sands Resort July 4th Getaway Free Beach Chair Use

This is a One bedroom, One bathroom vacation condo located at the Ocean Sands Resort. Unit sleeps four and is immediately oceanfront with a balcony and jetted tub. Unit features an oceanfront bedroom with queen bed and balcony, kitchen with four burner smooth surface cooktop, refrigerator, and combo convection/ microwave oven.
Living room features a sleep sofa. Dining area with four chairs. Pots, pans, dishes for four are included.

Resort features an indoor pool with retractable roof, hot tub, sun deck, tanning, sauna and fitness center.

As a guest at the Ocean Sands, guests also enjoy the use of the amenities of all three VSA resorts at the beach.

Exclusive to booking through myself as the owner of this unit, I provide free use of beach chairs upon request. These are not a resort amenity. Guests may also visit Nauticus with advanced notice.

This resort is almost has an excellent immediate view from your balcony of the fireworks each year.

Absolutely no pets.

There are no reviews beware.

This unit is not renovated. The bedroom carpet smelled like vomit. The unit is small and only appropriate for two people. I made the mistake of renting a unit that was not reviewed. VRBO should not allow owners to suppress reviews by saying the listing is new and not yet reviewed. This property is dated. There is no way that statement is tru
