Elegant holiday home with a unique view. The house is beautifully bright and the light shines fantastically through the large windows in the living room. Kitchen-cum-living room with wood-burning stove for sitting together. The house has a bathroom and two bedrooms, with additional sleeping space in the annexe, which can be reached via the open terrace. Simply relax here and enjoy the sunny days on the terrace. In the evening, you can fire up the barbecue while you watch the peaceful sunset. If it's a little colder, you can retreat to the living room afterwards without having to do without the beautiful view. Cosy up around the wood-burning stove, read a good book or read to the children and tell sea stories while it slowly gets dark. You could hardly wish for more. Close to the house there is a bathing jetty and a volleyball court in summer. Vollerup is a lovely, quiet holiday home area with a bathing beach facing the bay of Sejerø near Røsnæs, where there are also plenty of nature reserves. It is not far to a golf course in a beautiful location, and it is only a few kilometres to Kalundborg with its good shopping facilities, cosy cafés and restaurants. Experience the narrow streets of the medieval town with its preserved half-timbered houses and cobblestones. An ideal excursion destination for the whole family. There is also an exciting pedestrianised area and a beautiful old town with an old church. The Reersø peninsula is also an experience, and the best way to get around the island is to walk the 9 kilometres. To the east (Zealand) there are three beautiful wetlands, Flasken, Skiften and Vejlen, where you will find waders, ducks and exciting flora. To the west, there are high dunes and particularly good opportunities for anglers. The island is also known for its many tailless cats. From here, it is also just over 100 kilometres to the many sights of the capital Copenhagen.
