Maussane is a great centrally located village to explore the area and Maison V is perfectly situated to access services in the village. Many restaurants, three boulangeries, a boucherie, a small grocery store and a pharmacy all within walking distance. We appreciated having a ground full bedroom with en suite bathroom. The downstairs half bath is located next to living room. The house is well appointed, the kitchen did not lack supplies. Even including multiple “Tupperware” containers which is unusual. We never did find a cutting board. What is missing from the description is the steep stone staircase with a rope for a bannister. Not suitable house for people with mobility issues or small children. To get into the first bedroom upstairs there is a large step to climb, and then similar step to access the rest of the upstairs. That being said, all of the beds are perfectly comfortable, more than enough towels are provided, and there are extra duvets for cold nights. The walk in showers are perfect with excellent water pressure. There is a parking space for one compact SUV. We got a note on our car to park closer to the stone wall. I scraped the back bumper on rental car trying to hug the wall. There is parking available a short walk away if your car is too wide. The restaurant JaJa next door can be loud and disturbed sleep 2x a week. Property Manager Barbara was very nice and responsive. In spite of the few items mentioned we highly recommend Maison V.

Concernant l’escalier, nous n’avions encore jamais eu cette remarque, mais nous vous en remercions. Il s’agit effectivement d’un escalier d’une maison de village provençale. Comme pour tout escalier, une vigilance est nécessaire avec les jeunes enfants ; c’est pourquoi nous mettons systématiquement à disposition une barrière de sécurité pour les familles. Concernant le stationnement, les places privées sont rares au cœur de Maussane-les-Alpilles et nous avons la chance d’en proposer une devant la maison. Comme nous le précisons à nos voyageurs, il suffit simplement de se garer correctement afin de préserver l’accès de chacun Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau en Provence ! ☀️☀️✨

Great location and very responsive owner

Mausanne is a delightful town and a great location. The house is large and the hosts provided everything we needed. The pool is lovely but a bit noisy during the day as it's on the main street. Nighttime is very quiet.

Great stay in wonderful Maussane

Our house was very much as described and of a very good standard and well furnished. Outside space was lovely and pool thought small, ideal to cool down in. Only disappointment was the noise from the main road traffic and the wine bar next door. We would book again !

Really nice house in a really nice french city

We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks, there is good restaurants nearby and all you need in walking distance. There is noice in the garden from the road. The house is fully equiped.

A wonderful house in a perfect location to explore Les Alpilles.

The house is perfectly located in the centre of Mausanne-Les-Alpilles. It's a very comfortable house with good light and plenty of space in the living spaces on the ground floor. Great kitchen with every utensil you will ever need. Hopefully we can enjoy this wonderful house again in the future. Very helpful support and nice to meet the owner too !

Une maison modèle avec toutes les facilités au cœur de Maussane-des-Alpilles. À distance de marche, on y trouve des terrasses, des restaurants, des boulangeries, une petite épicerie et autres services. Piscine chauffée avec transats et un agréable coin ombragé avec chaises et table. Tout pour se faire des repas avec une salle à mangé ouverte ou fermée sur la cour. Aménagé avec soin et amour. Nous n’avons manqué de rien.

Maison magnifique au coeur de Maussane !

Une magnifique maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût à deux de la place principale et des commerces. Accueil sur mesure et réactivité exemplaire en cas de question. Parfaitement équipée, disposant d’une belle piscine et d’une incroyable salle à manger été /hiver. Idéale pour un week-end en famille ou entre amis même à Noël grâce à la cheminée.

Vacances parfaites sous le soleil de novembre !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Justine, dans cette maison très agréable (merci pour les petites attentions). Les équipements étaient complets, en particulier la cuisine, très fonctionnelle, rien ne manquait pour faire de bons repas ! La boulangerie est à 2 pas et il y a tous les commerces nécessaires y compris une poissonnerie ! Bref un excellent séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Belle maison pleine de charme, très bien située dans l’agréable village de Maussane. Tous les commerces sont à proximité, sans parler de la région magnifique et calme en plein mois d’août ! Maison décorée avec beaucoup de goût, le charme de l’ancien remis au goût du jour… Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Super séjour en famille pour ces ponts du 8 au 12 mai avec enfin le très beau temps avec nous.🙏 La maison est encore plus exceptionnelle que sur les photos du site qui sont déjà très belles. Il ne manque vraiment rien à cette maison, chaque détail ont été soigneusement travaillé et choisi, avec des matériaux de qualité, super équipée et décorée avec un très bon goût. On avait même plus envie de bouger tellement on s'y sentait bien. A refaire vraiment Patrick
