Nolin Lake/ Rough River Country Home!

I greatly apologize that our home was not to your standards, however, I would not allow this guest back at my home. She was extremely demanding weeks before she arrived. Guest did not read any of the descriptions fully posted and in depth before booking. She booked under another person's name, and wasn't the person expected to stay in our home, so I feel she should be banded from the website. Isolated translates to "country home 20 minutes from highway" as fully described. Small clean hand towels were left by my instructions, a thoughtful and kind gesture for new guests. Bringing forth false accusations under false pretenses is very disrespectful and if there was something wrong with our property at the time of your stay you could have reached out, but waited 6 weeks after your stay to leave a review. As we are in the country and on septic, which we fully disclosed, both on the website and as a personal message when you booked, you had ample opportunity to cancel, if that was an issue. Digging up our yard for a clogged pipe, from paper products in our toilet, is both extremely costly and that is unsanitary. We leave coffee, food, and a lot of extra amenities that guests can use and will purchase additional items upon request, such as firewood and charcoal for the grill. Again I apologize that our home was not to you liking and I recommend as a friendly gesture you read both the house rules upon checking in and the descriptions fully, before making a decision to stay at anyone's home in the future.
