My fiancé and I traveled for the first time with our 3 month old. When we asked if the pack and play had sheets, they made sure they had some when we got there! Everything was clean & stocked with everything we could’ve needed. My mom enjoyed walking my daughter around the park across the street. Highly recommend this place!

Super clean and spacious house. Huge yard for our labrador to run and play. Yard not fenced but it's far enough from the road that we didn't need a leash. Responsive hosts.We grilled out 2 nights and ordered Papa John's pizza one night. Well stocked home for easy cooking. Toured a few caves and played games during the evening. Quiet, friendly town.

I think the highest praise is that we would definitely want to come back and stay again! This property has the aura of visiting loved ones - cozy and warm. Extra blanket in the living room, coffee and hot chocolate waiting for you in the kitchen, across from a community park but with lots of space between you and the neighbors. Highly recommend drinking a cup of coffee on the back porch to catch the sunrise, songbirds, and and some nostalgic farm sounds in the distance (roosters and donkeys) but no worries because we didn’t hear them inside at all! Then you can unwind at the end of the day watching the sunset on the front porch, building a camp fire and soaking in the hot tub. We saw 3 deer and what might have been a ground hog on our first evening so kids were excited! We had a lovely time - thank you for sharing Pearlie’s Place with us

Amazing stay, house was very clean with lots of outdoor areas to enjoy. Property was close to Mammoth and quiet. A great place for a family to spend time together. Host was excellent, communicated immediately when we had a question. Excellent all around!

We are a family of 5 with 3 preteen/teen kids and this place was perfect for our stay in the area. We utilized the park right across the street both days we stayed, loved having the hot tub to use, the games available to play, and enjoyed all the available indoor and outdoor seating. This location was very clean when we arrived, communication with the host throughout the entire booking and renting process was exceptional, and it had just about everything we needed, including necessary kitchen supplies for cooking, and detergent for our load of laundry. The host graciously provided an extension cord from the garage so we could more easily trickle charge our electric car during our stay. We didn't end up using the grill while we were there but there were grilling supplies available, so had we stayed longer we probably would have. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and there was plenty of space to turn around at the head of the extended driveway. It was about a half hour drive from the Mammoth Cave Visitor Center, where we were exploring during the day, but there were grocery stores along the way and we thought the drive was fine.Overall we really enjoyed our stay here; the room décor was fun, the country openness was refreshing, the beds were comfortable, and it felt like a home away from home. Would definitely consider staying again if we were in the area.

We stay VRBO all over the country in our travels. This property is perfect in every way that it could be. The host are very accommodating and absolutely amazing people. We would definitely return to this property and highly recommend it for others.
