The listing is incorrect - the villa is shared

The listing is incorrect.. It does not mention that there is a downstairs apartment that shares the outside space and pool. I never book shared spaces so was surprised when another family arrived. Wi-Fi didn’t work either so this was not the best villa we’ve stayed in. At least Sardinia was a very nice to spend our holiday

Hi Graham It is clearly written that two apartments can be booked (1x ground floor + 1x 1st floor) it is not written that it is a house with only 1 apartment. (Apartment = Apartment NOT a house) The Internet will be replaced by Starlink system from May 2023 and will work very well afterwards.

Casa Fuile e Mare

Die Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Da wir sehr gutes Wetter hatten, haben wir zu 5. (3 Kinder 2, 4 und 9 Jahre) gut Platz gehabt. Aufgrund der vielen Mücken haben wir schlussendlich den Garten nicht viel genutzt. Der Pool hingegen war von unseren Kindern in Dauernutzung, wenn wir mal nicht am Strand oder sonst wo unterwegs waren.

Eine erholsame und ruhige Woche zum Saisonende

Wir haben eine Woche in der unteren Wohnung gewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, Geschirr etc. ausreichend vorhanden, freundlicher und kompetenter Kontakt mit der deutschsprachigen Agentur im Nachbarort ( ca.4,5 km entfernt). Auf die Mülltrennung wird auf Sardinien sehr viel Wert gelegt und streng eingehalten, welches wir sehr löblich fanden. Die Liegen vor Ort, könnten für die neue Saison mal ausgewechselt werden, aber sonst gibts nichts zu meckern :-) Wir können diese schöne Anlage mit Pool auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! Dankeschön!

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt ausserhalb und deshalb ist es sehr ruhig. Das nächste Lokal ist ca 10 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, der Strand Cala Liberotto ca 20 min mit dem Fahrrad. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur Dessena hervorragend. Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!
