Great location in HS. Close parking to unit. Like staying in condos so dont have to eat out all the time. Furnishings very comfortable and host very responsive. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs. The condo was a nice home base for the evenings after days filled with lots of nature. We enjoyed the hiking trails in the area.

Hot Springs condo with a view

Wonderful condo near Lake Hamilton and close to downtown. We enjoyed visiting Hot Springs during the day and finishing the day in pool at the condo. The rental is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail is remarkable (soft sheets, hotel quality towels, comfy beds). We felt very safe in that this is a gated community.

The space was clean and cozy. Location was nice and quiet. Location was great and easily accessible to everything. Communication with the property manager was great. I wouldn’t recommend Bubbas brewery to eat, it’s terrible. They have two things going for them 1) nice view 2) the hostess named Morgan. She was great.

I stayed here with teenagers for a ball tournament, Host very responsive. Property was nice and clean. There were some ants in the kitchen, but not problematic. Everything we needed was available. Definitely nice to have washer/dryer for uniforms.

Entry code given was wrong and had no contact info for owner. Spent 20 min on phone with VRBO waiting for assistance to reach him. Property has no lakefront access and the only water view is between the 2 Condo buildings in front of it. Stated ‘luxury’ condo was merely adequate. Ants in the kitchen on all counters, and in cabinets. Beds were comfortable. Unable to maintain internet access or use TV in the living room.

Lake condo

Condo was pretty and clean and in a great location. Check in was at 4:00 on a day that was 104 degrees. When we got there the condo was 78 degrees, because the air was set high. It took until almost midnight to get it down to a bearable temperature. Since they knew we were coming, I wish they had set it lower ahead of time for us. The description said they travel a lot and know what travelers need; so they have everything you need except beach towels. Ironically, they have extra beach towels, but not soap or shampoo in one of the bathrooms - nor was there any laundry detergent. A toaster would have been nice too. Other than those things, it was an excellent place to stay!

Great Getaway

Driving back to the complex was like turning on a street to go home. It is tucked back off the highway and is wonderfully away from traffic noise. The whole place was clean and smelled great. We did not have any problems while we were there. We only had a couple of questions and they were quickly answered. We would for sure stay here again!
