Ample seating in living area and dining area. Well appointed kitchen. Spacious balcony with dining table and additional seating. Tile floors throughout. Grill area on site. Property has 2 pools and boat access to Old River. Basketball goal, Tennis and Pickle Ball courts on property. Rents Sunday-Sunday in Summer. Walking distance to the Flora-Bama.
