This Spanish Key Resort Condominium sits amidst lovely tropical landscaping with a magnificent 500-foot beachfront of sugar-white sand and emerald green ocean, a gated community with all the upscale amenities. Pac/Play and highchair for little ones. The condo is located very close to the Flora-Bama, to grocery stores, pharmacy and all entertainment possibilities - deep-see fishing, parasailing, dolphin trips, golf courses, and a host of restaurants. The condo is a short distance from kid fun - miniature golf, water park, go-carts, and the Wharf for shopping, movies and concerts. This condo is conveniently located in the center of the complex, just a few steps from the elevator with an amazing oceanview from the 4th floor.

The condo is decorated in fun beach colors with comfortable furnishings for relaxing, dining, reading, watching a movie, playing cards, or playing with the kids. Two of the bedrooms have king beds with twin beds in the third and a sofabed in the living room, plus a pack and play and high chair are available for the little ones. The master bedroom has a private door to the balcony, a large walk-in closet and a newly updated bathroom with walk in shower, assist bar, bench seat, hand-held and overhead water spray, plus a soaking tub. Other 2 bathrooms and the kitchen also have been updated with granite counters, stainless appliances. All bedrooms and the living room have flat-screen TV's with DVD players and WiFi.

On the ground floor you have access to a storage unit with furnished beach items - chairs, kites, floats, sand toys for the kids.

The outside pool is huge, large enough for lap-swimming with a lovely gurgling fountain, plus the luxurious hot tub and the charcoal grilling area with picnic tables. Inside you have use of the indoor pool, fitness center, a dry/moist sauna and a meeting room.

Special feature - protect your vehicle from the salty mist with the indoor parking place provided! Use my chairs, umbrellas, sand and float toys!

We have vacationed in this area since our children were babies. Now, we have returned for their proposals and even a wedding. This is an ideal area for vacationing, enough restaurants, grocery stores but not highly commercial.

I love getting to share our condo with the nearest people. Without ever laying eyes on most, they even become special friends. It is a joy to talk to them and even hear about their families and lives.

Why they chose this property

We love the security of a gated community, the wonderful inhouse staff, and our indoor parking place. We love the proximity to the FloraBama, yet the quiet setting.
The area has everything anyone could possible want in a gorgeous vacation spot. There are still miles of pristine beaches and clear emerald ocean, yet only a short distance to access every type of beach and vacation-fun plus so many fabulous restaurants.

What makes this property unique

Spanish Key Resort Condominium has it all - every amenity one could ever long for. It is upscale yet homey and comfortable. This is where we love to take advantage of all of it, whether rising with the sun and sit outside on the porch to watch the passing schools of dolphins, relax inside and and catch up on reading and movies, gather at the picnic tables with friends and family for grilling out, have an evening inside or on the porch with a fun game of canasta, or set up the easel and paint the breath-taking seascape. A little vacation eating doesn't carry the guilt when one can work it off in the great fitness room with a variety of exercise machines and free weights, or swim off the calories in the large pool. The roomy condo affords fun gatherings with friends and family, or simply quiet relaxation. Take in some fishing whether from dock or on a deep-sea trip, or how about a parasailing adventure!

The entire experience of being here is relaxing, therapeutic, rejuvenating and just plain old fun for everyone of all ages. You'll have all that you need to accommodate the entire family.
