Spend memorable times admiring the jaw-dropping mountain views from your spacious deck or snuggled right in front of the roaring gas fireplace in the living room. Speaking of the living room, it's a great gathering place for you and your group–it boasts two comfortable loveseats, the previously mentioned gas fireplace, and a cable-equipped flatscreen TV.

Now it's the time to show off your cooking skills and surprise the group with that recipe you've been dying to try! The fully-equipped kitchen has your back with modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Start your day with a fresh and warm cup of coffee and then start planning your next moves! You can choose to dine at the formal dining table, which seats six, or at the breakfast bar with enough space for three people. This level has two bedrooms and both have en suite full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a full bath with a tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. Upstairs is the loft with additional sleeping space and a full bathroom.

Nice property, but some small issues

The property has a great view and plenty of space. The fire place was very cozy. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept and some of the less used furniture was dusty. The lock box was jammed when we arrived. It took 30 min to get it unstuck and when we got it open, there was only 1 key which is a bit inconvenient when there are 2 drivers.

Beautiful location!

This condo is wonderful! Very clean with beautiful views. Looking off the back deck we saw mama deer with her fawn, a woodchuck, bunnies, hummingbirds darting about and lots of nature. I read other reviews about dog hair and we didn’t see any of that. Glad I didn’t listen to those reviews and I have allergies. Close to grocery store, great restaurants and fun activities. We will definitely be back!!

Sugar Mountain

The property is exactly as advertised but unfortunately it is managed by Vacasa. We arrived on a Saturday for a skiing weekend knowing that a snow storm was in the forecast for Sunday. As soon as we arrived we notified Vacasa that the fireplace was not working. I had to keep calling to address the issue and no one ever showed to repair the isssue. It is an unacceptable to have a management company that is not able to manage the property when needed. I hope the owner will be able to get feedback as well. It was a disappointment not to be able to enjoy a fireplace during the storm which was one of amenities on selecting that property.

Excellent view but…

This is a great condo with a wonderful view and great location. However, several things were missing or not working during our stay. There was no instruction book with information regarding the property. The dishwasher did not work and actually leaked leaving for us to clean up a mess and wash all the dishes by hand. The fireplace would not start and with no instruction had nothing to reference. The 2nd bedroom sheets were not clean upon arrival. We washed them and areas cleaned up without a problem, making us believe they were not clean to start with. Contacted management regarding concerns but never heard back during our stay.

Blissful Getaway

This home had everything we needed to cook and serve a Thanksgiving dinner. Every pot, every dish, every plate. The views are second to none. I was able to photograph snow capped mountains, fall leaves and several stars and planets all from the back porch. I've shot a commercial photography gig and used The Reserve in the past as home base but was delighted to actually shoot for myself this time. The home is well built and you cannot hear neighbors. The only concern we had was the trash removal during a holiday. The drive to the recycling place was far and then found them to be closed on Thanksgiving day and the following leading into the weekend. Did it leave a bad taste in my mouth? Absolutely not.

Our stay at this beautiful place was absolutely amazing. I had booked this place for a long weekend for my wife’s birthday. The place was well kept and meticulous. The amenities were very appointed and appreciated. It was in the perfect location to be close to all of the activities in the area. The one thing that really stood out was the amazing view from the back patio/deck area. Absolutely outstanding! You cannot go wrong with this residence.

The Condo seemed clean except for the Master Bed, the sheets were covered in looked like Dog hair so had to wash sheets before using, the condo did not have the usual book from Vacasa with info on things like the TV so took hours to operate, there should be instructions on such things in rental units!! Overall was nice, except the sheets!!

Great Vacation Home!

The Reserve community is great! The condo is clean and nice decorated. There is a wooded area between this upper level unit and the next building. So this unit is very private. The view from the porch is spectacular! If additional tables/chairs can be put on the porch, it will be even better. We have a family of five, and really hoped to have breakfast on the porch. Do not miss to walk in the community. We walked to the highest point in the community, top of the Sugar Mountain. Great view there! Location of this condo is convenient. There is a shopping plaza with Food Lion, Subway, an Italian restaurant, and a Chinese restaurant, which is less than 10 minutes away. Other local attractions are also close by. Excellent Vacation Home!
