Accommodation: Come and discover this beautiful stone house with balcony and basement on a large wooded plot of about 1000m2 unenclosed.Access is via a walk then you will enjoy the large living room with access to a balcony and decorative fireplace, a large equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (beds 140x190cm), a bathroom with Italian shower and independent toilet.In the basement, after about fifteen steps, there is a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and a refrigerator-freezer. The garage is at your disposal. Upstairs, accessible after a fortnight walk, you will enjoy 5 other rooms (bed 140x190cm). A second bathroom with toilet is also on the same floor. The price includes: electricity up to 8kWh/day (beyond charges), household linen and bed linen are includedThe price does not include: heating (30 €/day) and cleaning end of stay (150 €).
