Dreamstay Villa is 2200sqft of luxury living, the house design won awards when it was built as it is well thought out and put together. Situated on Orange Tree a peaceful and tranquil community on H/W27 just 3 miles North of US192.

The villa is equipped with an external ONLY video surveillance system.

Beautiful Home!

We enjoyed our stay! The home is very comfortable for a family of all ages. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool. The location was close to many activities.

Great experience - Lots of Positives

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! This tasteful decor and floor plan had all the amenities and comforts we were seeking. The hosts were always quick to respond to any requests we had even when it was late at night. We liked it so much that we bought a house in the same neighborhood! In our home search for purchase we looked at 5 homes and none of them were as nice as this one.

Why they chose this property

Our home benefits from being close to Disney and all amenities yet it maintains an air of peace and tranquility. It is ideally situated on a large south facing corner plot and has a secluded pool deck that is not visible by other villas as all surrounded homes have privacy fences. We have a large south facing pool and spa on an extended pool deck with large lanai all add to the ability to make the most of the Florida weather.

What makes this property unique

We have CCTV cameras on the exterior of the property there are 5 cameras that protect the exterior and cover the areas where access could be achieved - there are strictly NO cameras on the interior of the home or on the pool deck area - cameras are monitored but are strictly for security purposes ONLY
