This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 22th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master and king bed in second bedroom. Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. Flat panel TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot, 300 sq. ft. balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Just as Expected

We really enjoyed staying here! The balcony was large as pictured, and we loved having the loungers on the balcony to be able to sit and enjoy the sound of the waves. The kitchen was stocked with basic cooking needs, which was helpful. I loved that this part of the beach is a bit more relaxing. My husband and I also walked to salty sues for dinner two nights which was nice so we could enjoy happy hour. Great stay!

Great beachfront condo!

This condo was right on the beach! Clean, simple and comfortable. We stayed with our 2 kids and it was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in PCB.

Not child friendly.

I would recommend this condo to people without kids. We have booked with Helen Phillips 2x previously and had a great experience, so we figured this time would be like our others. Me and my husband stayed here with our 2 year old. Upon arrival the condo seemed very basic and bare compared to the other stays. Then the other condos had beach toys and chairs, board games, updated tv’s with (Netflix, peacock, Hulu) - perfect for when you are stuck inside. This one had old tv’s that had local broadcasting and one didn’t work. The one set of towels per person were needing replacement. Just as a whole, the condo needs some updating, especially for families with kids!

Security

The condo was perfect!! It was very clean and up to date!! The pictures are very accurate and the view was amazing. The only issue we had was with security lady being exceptionally rude multiple times. She stopped my kids and asked who they belonged to even though it was the 3rd time she had addressed us at the pool. They had wristbands on so why would it matter who they belonged to? Why would you not ask the parents instead of my children that are sitting on the deck watching them? We checked in late and at 9 am the first day she told me I needed to go get wristbands if I was staying there...the office doesn't open until 10 per the sign. She rudely said "they open at 9 now but they haven't changed the sign." How would an out of towner know that the hours changed? She made it very uncomfortable to even let the kids enjoy the pool!!

Updates needed.

Communication with the owner pre-arrival (Saturday). A couple of hours before check in a get a message saying the elevator is down. “Just wanted to let u know that I just received a phone call from our property manager. She is on site and our elevator is down right now and the company is working on it. I know your check in is not till 4pm but just wanted to give you a heads up. Thank you” Arrived to find a notice on the elevator door that it will be down until Monday. Now 20 years ago a third floor condo with no elevator would not have been an issue but at my age, on bad Knees it’s a problem. Can’t believe that in 2024 a condo still has a physical key in a lockbox. With a warning that losing the key will cost you a $100. Getting locked out will also cost you $100. It’s really time to update to digital door locks. Parking: it’s tricky especially on the holiday as they do not have enough spaces for the number of units. Pots & pans could be replaced as they are well used and only a couple. Otherwise The condo is in pretty good shape the one major negative is the very worn, and very outdated furniture in the living room. The unit was clean and balcony furniture was nice. I would say 7 out of 10. Not sure if we would stay again.

We had breathtaking views of the beautiful water and were able to watch dolphins and sea turtles from our balcony. We loved the location....we were very close to Pier Park which offers great shopping and restaurants. There was also an awesome grocery store right down the road that offered all we needed for the week. My family and I had the best week at this beautiful beachfront condo. We look forward to returning in the near future!

We felt very much at home here. We love the view off our large balcony. The resort is so well located, close to restaurants and stores but yet very quiet. The pool area is always clean and well supervised. Lianne, the security guard always makes sure things run smoothly. It’s always a pleasure to book with Helen Philips. She makes sure things run smoothly from our arrival to our departure. If a problem arises, she’s very quick to solve it. She goes out of her way to please her guests.We’ve been coming to Panama City Beach for over 10 years and we’ve stayed in several resorts and Emerald Isle is the best on Front Beach Road.We would recommend this resort to our friends anytime.

End of Summer Trip

This was a great place for our end of the summer trip! Plenty of space in the common area to move around without feeling cramped. We are not used to staying on such a high floor but we just didn’t look down off of the balcony lol

Amazing sky high ocean view

This condo was amazing. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The pool security was too much however. Very annoying for the price you pay to be on vacation.

Vacation Heaven from the 22nd Floor

This property was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and a great place to relax on the balcony watching the sunset. The owner was very prompt in responding to any concerns we faced. We will definitely try to return soon.

Amazing getaway!

We would highly recommend this condo. Easy access to beach and pools along with the beach chairs was a huge benefit for our family. We spent a lot of time on the large balcony soaking it all in. The view is spectacular from the 22nd floor! Five stars in our book. We hope to someday return!

Amazing condo, location, and hostess!!

We had a large group, that included several families, vacation together at Emerald Isle. The majority of us stayed at one of Helen's condos because she came highly recommended. This is our second year staying here (Emerald Isle), and I could not stop looking at the breathtaking views from our balcony every chance I got! It never gets old! Of all the places I've ever vacationed, this place is my favorite! We chose this condo because it had a designated parking space, which is nice, but not a must. I would suggest getting a condo with chair service. It was nice not having to worrying about packing beach chairs. I would also recommend booking a condo with Helen. If you do encounter an issue, she is very prompt with responding. And, she truly does want her guest to have an enjoyable experience. Also, the earlier you book, the better!!! While all the condos have amazing views, each unit offers different luxuries. And, the good ones book quick!
