The perfect home for a family vacation as it sleeps up to 8 guests, has two living rooms, fully stocked kitchen, 2.5 baths and a private, backyard pool (can be heated for additional fee) with covered patio and bbq grill. Also a great property for the weekend getaway trips because of its excellent location to all the necessary amenities and the convenience of numerous nearby activities, such as World Wildlife Zoo, tennis, golf, MLB stadiums, Surprise recreational park, fishing, hiking, biking, bowling, movie theater, restaurants etc…

We have accommodations for all ages and do our very best to assure that your vacation is a 5 star!

No Smoking of any kind or pets allowed in or outside this property. We reserve the right to a $250 instant charge.
Plus the extra cleaning fees and cost of future lost business if the home has any evidence of pet(s), smoking, or if the home smells of smoke.
No parties or events allowed at this property. We reserve the right to withhold the deposit in full and police will be notified if necessary.
