This home is spacious and handsomely decorated and furnished to ensure that your stay is most comfortable and enjoyable. It is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in an attractive and charming neighborhood. The beautifully landscaped backyard invites family and friends to the covered patio for a BBQ meal and drinks, and then a refreshing swim in the pool while enjoying endless Az. sunshine. Maybe even a friendly match on the play putting green could be had. There is a large greenbelt beside the home that provides a generous space to play catch, picnic, let the little ones run around, play on jungle gym, or for taking walks.

The home has a Casita (mother-n-law suite) on the main floor with a queen bed, its own full bath, plus a private sitting room. Quite a cozy space with private entrance. The main floor has two living rooms, one off the kitchen area (50in. smart tv) and the other in the great room (55in smart tv). The fully stocked kitchen has an abundance of counter space, walk in pantry and stainless steel appliances with views of the backyard oasis. This kitchen is perfect for the individual who loves to cook for a few or many as it has an array of kitchen gadgets and appliances. A powder bath can be found on the first floor as well.
The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath with double sinks, walk in shower, soaking tub and spacious walk in closet. A 55in. smart tv, access to outdoor balcony and splendid views of pool can be found in the master suite.
Rooms 3 & 4 each have queen beds, ceiling fans, and personal closets. The 5th room has a bunk bed (twin over full), ceiling fan and closet. These 3 rooms share a full bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower.

Looking for more things to do while at the home? There is a ping pong table and foosball table in the garage waiting for some friendly matches and many laughs. We also have playing cards and other games in the home for your enjoyment.

Location:
The home is conveniently located just minutes away from the Spring Training Stadium for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. The Spring Cactus League begins February 21 through March 21. The Mariners and Padres train in Peoria (9 miles), Dodgers and White Sox in Glendale (12 miles), and Indians and Reds in Goodyear(20 miles). Exciting family fun experience!

Across the street from the stadium is an outdoor seasonal Aquatic Center and a beautiful, family friendly Surprise Community Park. The park boasts a grand lake with walking paths around the entire perimeter, a large outdoor jungle gym, beach volleyball, basketball and pickle ball courts. A great place to spend an afternoon!

For those looking for an active day outside with your favorite hobby, you can find an abundance of Golf courses, Tennis & Racquetball courts and hiking all within miles of Surprise. The Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium, & Safari Park is an entertaining and adventurous must see attraction while visiting also. Uptown Bowling Alley, Laser Tag, Arcade and restaurant with bar with nearby AMC movie theater should be on the check list as well.

Restaurants to please any palette, shopping for all, grocery, Walgreens, CVS, and urgent care centers are all with in minutes/miles of home. Some of the locals favorites are with in walking distance.
