Tour like a local @ The BoChic Retreat!

Unique little haven tucked away on top of a beautiful hill overlooking Downtown Nashville & Nashville country side.
Have the quietness of suburban life & the city life Nashville has to offer. For a night on the town it’s only a short 20 minutes drive to downtown, for a little quieter night take a 15 to 20 minute drive to the beautiful Historical downtown of Franklin or Leapiers Fork.

If you’d rather a quiet night in The BoChic’s got you covered. Anything you could possibly need or want is w/in 5 mins.

The space
Please Note: This is a Duplex, the rental unit is the front part of the Condo and is a private space. However we do live on the other side of the property and are connected by a wall & exterior French Doors (they are always locked/secured by an alarm system). We do share the same vent system, so we have a VERY STRICT No Smoking/Vaping/No Marijuana or partying policy for this rental. I am Allergic to smoke, and we unfortunately will smell it. If broken your reservation will automatically be cancelled with an additional fine.

Guest at The BoChic Retreat will have access to a spacious living room/music room, a bathroom & a downstairs bedroom. It also offer an upstairs spacious loft, where you will find a small kitchenette (Small frig, Microwave, Coffee Maker, small dinning table, loveseat).

You will also have full access to the full front porch that has some of the most breathtaking sunset/sunrises you will ever see.

Fabulous

I had a wonderful stay. The host was so nice and responsive to messages. The place was clean, decorated nicely, and had great water pressure. Checking in and out was very easy.

Nashville getaway

It was a very pleasant experience. Everything was as advertised, and the owners were very responsive to questions or concerns. Nice quiet spot fifteen-twenty minutes from downtown. Enjoyed our stay there.

I will make sure next time that I am not staying on someone’s other half of house.. I felt restricted and had to be quiet. And there was not a kitchen. A mini fridge and non working “sink” was not what I am used to.

Nice weekend away

Property was very clean. Great location from downtown. Only about a $20 Uber to anywhere you want to go. Check in process was super easy. I would recommend this property to anyone

Communication with owner was outstanding!!

We attended CMA Fest for 4 days straight. The property and the accommodations were fantastic. The communication with the owner was excellent. She messaged us to make sure our stay was going well and stated if we needed to just ask. Highly recommend this property!!

Nashville Weekend

We found the accommodations to be very comfortable and the distance to downtown Nashville convenient. Already booked to return in July for a concert. Kristina was easily reached via text with any questions and very responsive.

Great location

We had an excellent time here and would highly recommend it to someone looking to explore Nashville, a quick distance till city center yet close to the beautiful wineries of Nashville’s country side as well. The bo chic itself was very inviting and a great atmosphere, comfortable, and good ac which is a must in the Nashville heat!

Very nice, quiet, and beautiful condo

We rented this condo for two nights. It has a great view off of the front porch, it’s really easy to find, and the owner was very nice. Definitely a home away from home!

Close and Comfy!

Our October, 2021 trip to Nashville was simple with the close, comfy and quiet respite from all the action of Music City! Just a few exits south of town off I-65 we loved the location and accommodations at BoChic Retreat. Communication before, during and up to departure of our stay was welcome and helpful. Easy to find while tucked away from all the traffic, you'll enjoy the roomy retreat until you're ready for a close bite to eat with many choices or back to Nashville for all it has to offer. Sitting on the deck and enjoying the great weather and friendly walkers as the day began was a relaxing change from the daily grind. When coming back to Nashville I hope the calendar allows for another stay at the lovely BoChic Retreat.

Perfect long weekend!

This had the perfect set up with two master bedroom on separate floors along with separate living spaces. We went with another couple so it gave us the perfect set up! The condo was exceptionally clean and well kept! Thank you for making our weekend memorable!

The Bohochic Retreat is a fabulous place to stay!

The decor was super cute, and the house was very clean! The beds and sheets were so amazingly comfortable. Kristina was a fantastic host and so hospitable, helpful and sweet. It was our friend's birthday and she bought him donuts!!! Would recommend staying here to anyone!
