Welcome to our beautiful short-term rental in Nashville!

Location:
Situated in the highly sought-after Crieve Hall neighborhood, our home offers the perfect base for exploring the vibrant city of Nashville. With just a short 7-mile distance to downtown, you'll have easy access to all the exciting action, including the famous Broadway street honky-tonks. Additionally, our location provides quick and convenient access to nearby attractions such as the city of Brentwood, historic downtown Franklin, and the charming village of Leipers Fork.

The Space:
Our fully self-contained apartment boasts all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You'll have private parking and the added security of video surveillance. Upon entering through the private entrance, you'll find a beautiful sunroom where you can start your day with a cup of coffee or unwind while watching a movie on the 55-inch wall-mounted TV. The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 guests with two queen-size beds and a sleeper sofa equipped with incredibly comfortable memory foam toppers. (Please inform us in advance if you plan to use the sleeper sofa, and we will provide the necessary bedding.) Please note that while the shower is a bit small, it performs its function exceptionally well. We're excited to share that a remodel is scheduled soon!

Guest Access:
Once your unit is ready for your stay, you'll receive a personalized access code to your private entrance. We do live on the property with our dogs, so you may occasionally hear us, but we assure you we are a quiet group.

House Rules:
To ensure a pleasant and respectful environment for all guests, we have a few house rules in place. As this is a quiet family neighborhood, we kindly request no parties or events to be hosted during your stay. Please adhere to quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere.

While we strive to keep all amenities such as WiFi and cable in working order, there may be occasional service disruptions that are beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in such cases. Additionally, in the event of a storm or natural disaster causing a loss of essential services, we will not be able to provide refunds.

If you encounter any issues during your stay, we kindly ask that you inform us first before seeking a refund through Airbnb. We're here to assist you, and there's a good chance we can promptly resolve any concerns you may have.
