This is an efficiency and has no living room. Its 10 minutes from South Beach, 8 minutes from Wynwood Walls & Design district. 2 blocks away from corner store & 4 blocks away from Super market. Walmart is 5 minutes away. 2-5 minutes from major highways. 10 Minutes from Miami Airport & 15 minutes from Fort lauderdale airport. Please make sure you text or call me on my cell the day before checking in so I can send you checking information. Sometimes I might be at work and have bad reception with me phone. It's best to get all checkin information 1 day before checkin. Thank you

I enjoyed the privacy and quietness…it’s a nice place to stay if you’re looking for a place to lay your head at night….the owner was patient and kind…there where snacks as well.

Decent Stay

Communication with Jean was good. We do not have any comforter provided on first day of our stay but Jean provided that next day upon communication. Location was good, but could be a bit cleaner. Also bring your own towels as the ones provided were very thin and small. Overall decent stay for the price

nice quiet and clean place to stay in a busy city

Jean was a great host, he provided us with a clean bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. As well as having amenities that not every VRBO offers such as internet and a place to park. A great quiet place to stay in a loud city! I would definitely stay here again next time i’m in town.

Did the job !

Definitely a good example of getting what you pay for. It was just me and a friend staying here so it met our needs. Location was good, I just wish it would’ve been a bit cleaner/quieter. There was hairy soap from the previous guest left in the shower. Also maybe consider bringing your own towels because the ones provided were paper thin. There was some beat playing through the wall for hours. I think somebody was freestyling ? Overall it worked but maybe not the best option If you’re picky.

The location of the rental is not accurate I had to spend $30 on a cab for what they said was a 12-minute ride and turned out to be a 35 minute ride they didn't have things that you would find in a home I don't know how to explain to you it was comfortable it was quiet Johnny complain I have is the airfare and there's nowhere to go to the store unless you're driving to get what you want I thought it was close to the airport near all of the shops but was I wrong other than that you should book this and enjoy it it's a very pleasant quiet place and there's nothing wrong with it I really enjoyed my time there
