The unique layout offers an upstairs on the ground level and a walkout basement allows for easy access to the open, non-fenced tall grass meadow. This 5 bedroom, 3 bath home has deck views of the 11th fairway of the private Aspen Valley Golf Course.

Enjoy peaceful views of the meadow or relax in one of two great rooms. Kids big and small love the downstairs family room with a pool table, dart board, games, and a second TV to watch movies and shows. The upstairs great room has a wood-burning fireplace and a TV.
With close proximity to Downtown Flagstaff, great restaurants and attractions are within a short drive. Santa's Workshop is less than 2 miles away. The same goes for the Flagstaff Aquatic Center with indoor lazy river and waterslides.
