Welcome to Evergreen Oasis! This home includes elegant decor and top notch amenities. Designed to feel like a 5-star hotel, with the comfort of a private home. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We pride ourselves to keep the spaces impeccably clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meals. This peaceful retreat has heated tile floors, two fireplaces, a beautiful wet bar with an icemaker and reverse osmosis water tap. The Primary Suite boasts a fireplace, soaking tub, and steam shower. The home is family friendly with a play area, books and toys and a bunk room. The location is minutes from Downtown Flagstaff, NAU and numerous hiking trails.
Guests can enjoy access to the club house, community center and game room. Which include pool, hot-tub, gym, tennis/pickleball courts and a restaurant nestled beneath the beautiful San Francisco Peaks. Work with your host for Verkada Pass access.

**The pool/ hot-tub is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day**

Everything was perfect and meticulously thought through. All amenities were clearly labeled and had instructions. There were extra towels and linens and pillows in every room. The home was incredibly clean and welcoming. The generous offer to use the ebike in the garage was a big hit with my 4 year old. I took her for a couple hours and she had a blast.

The house is terrific! The kitchen had every amenity you could want--slow cooker, good knives, dutch ovens, etc. The long bar area had its own icemaker, a Nespresso style coffee maker (with pods, a nice addtion!) as well as standard coffee maker; a hot water pot, filtered water. The entire house was very elegant and comfortable. Master bath had steam shower, soaking tub. Beautiful!The owners couldn't have been more gracious or responsive.

We live in Phoenix with our 2 kids. Flagstaff is a wonderful escape to a cooler climate, pine trees, fresh air, and tons of activities!

Why they chose this property

Flagstaff Ranch is conveniently located minutes from downtown and NAU Campus. The food scene is exquisite from college pizza joints to 5-Course cuisine. 30-minutes from beautiful Sedona, 1-hour from the Grand Canyon. The home is in a lovely, secluded neighborhood with access to any entertainment, restaurants, shopping, trails and pine trees.

Everything is brand new, impeccably clean, and designed to feel like a mountain retreat. From the bedding to the kitchen furnishings. Everything is thoughtfully curated to your comfort and feeling at home.
Flagstaff Ranch community is a one of a kind, quiet, family-centered, privately gated community. The clubhouse offers amazing views, fun bar and lovely dining experience. The community center amenities include gym, tennis/pickelball, pool, cafe and game room. Access to the Community Center Amenities is $15 per day, per adult, for the duration of the stay. Please let us know if you are interested in utilizing and we will provide a passkey.
