Welcome to this 75 m² two-bedroom duplex holiday villa, located in a gated seaside residence on the Route des Marines de Borgo.

Its greatest advantage is its direct access to the beach from the residence. Within moments, you can reach the sand and the sea without taking the car.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests.

It has two bedrooms and six sleeping places: two double beds and two single beds, all fitted with proper mattresses.

A travel cot is also available on request for a young child.

The accommodation offers plenty of storage space and reversible air conditioning for a comfortable stay in every season.

A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The kitchen allows you to prepare your meals easily during your stay. It includes an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker and a dishwasher, as well as crockery and all the essential cooking utensils.

A washing machine is also available for your use.

A LOVELY TERRACE

You can enjoy a furnished 40 m² terrace, ideal for sharing meals, relaxing or extending your evenings outdoors.

The outdoor area is fully enclosed, offering greater peace of mind for families with children.

An outdoor shower is also available and is particularly convenient when returning from the beach.

DIRECT BEACH ACCESS

The seafront location gives you direct access to the beach, with no need to drive or look for somewhere to park.

A seasonal beach restaurant is located nearby.

GATED RESIDENCE AND PRIVATE PARKING

The villa is situated within a gated residence that is particularly suitable for family holidays.

A private and secure parking space is reserved for guests.

The accommodation enjoys a convenient location between the port of Bastia and Bastia-Poretta Airport. Shops providing everyday essentials are located nearby.

From Borgo, you can easily explore Bastia, the Marana coastline and many other remarkable places in northern Corsica.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

To ensure that you find the accommodation clean and spotless upon arrival, a complete cleaning service is carried out after every departure. A mandatory end-of-stay cleaning fee of €70 is added to the total cost of the booking.

Bed linen is provided for all beds.

To help you travel lighter and avoid carrying too much luggage on your journey by ferry or plane, bath towels, hand towels and beach towels can be rented on request. The price will be confirmed before you book this service.

Baby and childcare equipment may also be rented on request, subject to availability: a playpen, a high chair, a baby car seat and a booster seat. Availability and the rental price of the requested equipment will be confirmed before you book this service.

Pets may be accepted by prior agreement only.
