This luxurious and spacious Suncadia retreat is perfectly situated in the heart of Suncadia Resort, within scenic walking distance to the Suncadia Lodge, Glade Spring Spa, Prospector Golf Course, and Swiftwater Winery. This luxurious home boasts over 3,600 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms (3 master suites), a fantastic outdoor living space, and an entertaining garage game room. This is a perfect retreat for 4 to 5 couples or multiple families.

As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that opens up directly to the large outdoor entertainment area. The great room features comfortable leather furniture, a large smart TV, and a gas fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably. The main fridge is in the kitchen and there’s a 2nd fridge just off the kitchen in the mudroom.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The main floor junior master has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and an attached private bath.
• The guest bedroom on the main floor just off the great room features a king bed.
• Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, large double head walk-in shower, and dual sinks.
• The 2nd floor junior master boasts a king bed, TV, and a private bathroom.
• The guest bedroom on the 2nd floor is great for a family with small children. It features a queen bed, and a twin day-bed with a twin trundle underneath.
• The 2nd floor bonus room is a perfect place for the children to hang out and sleep together. It’s equipped with 3 full beds, a wet bar area, and a TV.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.

The only minor downside was the “fifth bedroom” downstairs near the living room—it seemed more like an office converted into a bedroom and was quite small, without a nearby full bathroom. Since we were a group of four families, this worked out fine, but it might be less ideal for anyone needing that room and sharing a bathroom with another family.

Terrific house for family vacation.

The hot tub was a great way to relax. Lots of trails to walk and enjoy the outdoors. We counted 15 deer wandering around. We would definitely stay again.

Memorial Day stay

We had a group of 5 dads and 10 kids staying the weekend and the house was great for that many people. The two fridges were key for all the food and drinks we had. Wish there was a little more open storage in kitchen for snacks and things but the kitchen is very well stocked with items you might need. House could be a little cleaner and outdoor furniture could be wiped down before arrival.

Nice home for a family get together

Best part about the home is the game room, lot of fun activities for kids. Nice bedrooms, fresh linen, big dining table, 2 fridge, 2 washing machine and 2 dryer. Overall a good experience, would visit again!

Very good layout - lots of room and beds for family and friends staying together. Fireplace is great and outdoor hot tub and firepit was a great place to relax. House is a bit remote so the drive to Leavenworth is about 80 minutes if that's what you are here for but for a local stay and relaxing getaway it was great.

Great house, great value. Plenty of bedrooms and excellent kitchen/dinning/living space.

We had six couples staying plus a few more visiting and the space was perfect. Very festive spaces and never crowded. Plenty of parking and no one gets boxed in or needs to park off-site. For the number of bedrooms it was the best value in Suncadia. We will definitely book again.
