Located in the highly desirable enclave of Empire Pass this Ironwood 5 bedroom townhome offers the best in luxury living with ski in, ski out access to Deer Valley Resort. Located on Flagstaff Mountain the home is situated next to the popular Northside ski lift with amazing views all around. Throughout the home you'll find appointments of custom cabinetry, marble & finishes and stunning wood floors.

Guests will immediately appreciate the light pouring into the home from large windows throughout, maximizing one's enjoyment of Park City's blue skies and starry nights. With 5 en suite bedrooms + a den with a sofa sleeper this home comfortably accommodates 14 guests.

The main floor master bedroom has king bed, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and a luxurious spa-like tiled bathroom that includes double sinks and a large soaking tub. Three additional bedrooms with king beds and a final bedroom furnished with two queens-all with private bathrooms-round out the spacious comfortable sleeping quarters.

The centerpiece of living space is the great room-vast in its feel and specific with the finest details-boasts vaulted ceilings, massive windows, wood beams, fine furnishings and a gas fireplace. The ample Fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet space with a Wolf six-burner gas range, double convection ovens, Subzero refrigerator and bar seating for four. An over-sized dining room with seating for 10 round out the layout for ideal gatherings.

Congregate for a comfy movie night in the large theater room downstairs with 75” television and large sectional with plenty of seating.

Gather apres ski or after a rigorous day of mountain biking and hiking on the generous outside patio equipped with a large hot tub and outdoor grill.

Home also includes Wifi, washer/dryer, private garage, ski storage and boot dryers.

Ironwood was a perfect choice for our group of family and friends. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen was well-stocked; the ski-in ski-out access was super convenient, and the snow views can't be beat. We loved watching the nightly slope grooming as well! Free access to the Empire pass shuttle was a bonus for shopping and dining in Park City. Would definitely rent again if we return.

Absolutely beautiful property!

This house is stunning and spacious. 8 of us stayed here and had a wonderful time playing around the large dining table, cozying in front of the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub and, of course, hitting the slopes which were right outside the door! We could not have been happier with this choice.

The property is in a cul-de-sac with like condos. It’s just beautiful and was very comfortable for our large family. The radient heat made the place so cozy and warm & the gathering spaces were perfect for our group of twelve. It was also very clean and the beds & pillows were perfect! Fabulous!

This was an ideal location and set up for our family. We are ready to book again! The management team is approachable and responsive. The rental unit is beautifully appointed in every way. Bedrooms and living space were ideal for the 10 of us. We love to cook each night and the kitchen has everything you could possibly want! You couldn’t ask for any better access to the Northside lift— true ski in/out. We have been coming to Deer Valley for a number of years and this is the best place we have rented! I almost don’t want to leave such a good review because we want the condo to be available for our next booking !!

Winter Break & New Year's Eve 2021

This is the perfect spot to get on and off the Northside lift at Deer Valley - such easy access to the slopes and the house. The grandparents enjoyed the view of the slopes and watching the skiers. The service from the rental company was spot on, they were quick to answer questions, provide recommendations and come check on our experience. The kitchen and dining area worked for our group of 9. There are lots of different pan options and the Wolfe stove is over the top! We ate many meals at the island and the big table. The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms provided privacy for our group of young adult children too. There were puzzles and a couple of games already at the house though we bought extra cards and a favorite game! Would rent this location again.
