The apartment is located on the upper floor of the villa and has a separate ground-level entrance. All rooms are on one level, there are no stairs. The well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove with an electric oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. There is enough space for everyone at the large dining table.
The semi-open kitchen turns into a very cozy living room. Here you will find a new sofa, which can also serve as a sofa bed, as well as the TV and comfortable armchairs. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed as well as a spacious closet that offers plenty of storage space. From the bedroom as well as from the living room window you can enjoy the sea view.
The apartment has a beautiful, landscaped terrace with a brick BBQ. Under the pavilion you can enjoy your meals at any time, have a glass of wine or read a book, the Mediterranean seems to be within your reach. The deckchairs are available for sun worshipers.
Poggi is only 3 km from the sea, after about 10 minutes by car you are in the district of Borgo Prino where there are also free beaches. In the village there is a small corner shop and a trattoria.
You can easily drive up to the door and park your car in the hotel's own parking space. The property is fenced off.
