Gorgeous and nicely furnished log house with many great details and a very cozy atmosphere. The large beams and high ceilings give the house a rustic, very charming and spacious ambience. Modern furnishings with a great, open and well-equipped kitchen as well as two nice and inviting bathrooms, one with a whirlpool, a modern shower corner and a softsauna for one person, allow you to comfortably enjoy your vacations here. There are also three great bedrooms and in the living room a staircase leads to the cozy and especially suitable for children suspended floor. The living room is nicely furnished with comfortable furniture and fireplace and in the lovely dining room two families can have their meals together. Situated on a great and undisturbed natural plot, this beam house in the Boderne vacation home area is not far from a good sandy beach, a cozy fishing village and an exclusive clothing store.

Haus in sehr schöner Lage, aber renovierungsbedürftig

Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einer Wald- und Dünengegend. Man hat einen Fußweg von einigen hundert Metern und erreicht dann einen wunderbaren Strandabschnitt Bornholms. Das Haus selber ist groß und gut geplant, das Problem ist der innere Zustand, denn hier ist offenbar einige Jahre nicht renoviert worden. Der angekündigte Bettraum unterm Dach war wegen einer kaputten Leiter nicht zugänglich, viele Holzelemente waren abgeschabt, das Haus ist von außen vermoost usw. Im Bad war der Abfluss verstopft, das passende Sauggerät lag freundlicherweise gleich daneben. Insofern kann man das Haus nur empfehlen, wenn in den Erhaltungszustand investiert wird.
