A Merry Little Beach House Christmas Vibes All Year Long

Christmas cheer 365 days a year With A short mile walk or ride to the sandy Carolina beach and boardwalk…you’ve now arrived to Pleasure Island. Our three bedroom and three bath home sleeps 6. One master suite downstairs with a king bed on main floor. There’s also another bedroom on main living floor with a full bed, and a large tv. On the second floor there is a queen suite which has a queen size bed, and a desk with a monitor, for all your viewing. There's also a 50” television. Queen suite also has an attached full bath. A theater room is also located on second floor, with 4 very comfy recliners, and 4 barstools for your convenience. First floor there’s a large open floor plan with living area, kitchen and a sit down bar. Laundry room also on main floor. This is the perfect spot for any weather. Whether it’s a trip to the beautiful beach, or pulling up a lounger poolside. If weather happens to not be cooperating….a perfect spot for cuddling up with a blanket and sipping hot cocoa in theater room. Plenty of yard for little ones to run and play. Maybe even a fire in the pit, after dinner. Full access to home, with exception of garage and attic. Large fenced in backyard. Saltwater pool(not heated)(11’x20’)

If you prefer to bring your own bed linens….$75 will be taking off the cleaning fee, for your convenience. Just mention this before checking in….so we’re able to make the cleaning lady aware. We so know you’ll thoroughly enjoy your stay here at “ChristmaSea” Santa’s favorite beach spot!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave beds as are. Cleaner finds too many guests belongings, when bedding stripped and placed on floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only number of registered guests allowed on proper
Between May-September no late checkouts allowed, due to busy season. If your checkout day is available up to 4 hours latter $75 fee requested
Please be careful on cement if wet by pool. Does get slippery.

Perfect spot for family vacation!

We had an incredible stay here! The house might be even cleaner than the pictures indicate. It is spotless and so well appointed. The outdoor space is huge with so much to do. We might make this a yearly trip!

This was the best experience we’ve had when staying in someone’s else’s home. The owners have thought of everything someone would need in their vacation. This home is so beautiful and welcoming. The area is perfect. Super close to all the stores and beaches. My family is looking to returning next year.

It was a perfect stay. We fell in love with the house and really enjoyed the pool and movie theater. We went to the state park very close by, the aquarium, the Kure Beach pier, and miniature golfing to name a few things. We loved the Christmas theme and the one thing that we all agreed upon is that we need to stay longer next time. Maryjo and hubby were the perfect hosts.

The host was available at all times - no question was too small. The amenities were numerous between any and all cookware, spices, electronics, and sound machines. The decor was adorable and fit perfectly - a tree in every room. The theater room was the highlight. The outdoor area was spacious with wonderful sitting areas all around the house. Location of home is ideal - close enough to the beach and shopping spots. Overall, a wonderful girls’ weekend thanks to this beautiful home and its wonderfully helpful host. Wonderful stay! Began with a lovely note and Christmas ornament…so nice! Kids immediately enjoyed the pool while we settled in. Easy drive to the beach, no problem parking on Texas Ave, and great beach privacy. House had everything you could think of needing! Loved this trip!

Christmas Beach House

Always have a Great stay when we come to Wilmington. MJ and her husband have a Awesome House. They have everything you need for your stay and I mean everything !! This is our second time staying with them but first time in this new house. So close to the main drag and beaches. You can literally walk there if you want.

Best VRBO ever!

Absolutely magical VRBO experience, the kids loved the Christmas decorations! The adults loved the fully stocked house. Didn't need to make a trip out immediately for essentials like we do in some VRBO's. The owner is incredibly responsive and attentive. will definitely return!

Words can’t describe what a beautiful home this was. From the Christmas decorations to the amazing backyard and move room! My teenage kids loved this home!! The home is perfect for a family getaway. The home is exactly as advertised. I was able to walk to the beach. My kids loved the Christmas decorations. Easy communication with property owner. We really enjoyed the pool and the movie room. The home is well stocked when we first arrived and we did not have to immediately go to the store. We will be back for sure.

Overall a great experience!!!

House was great and very clean, just as described. The pool was nice and clean and the backyard was perfect and we utilized it alot. Kids really enjoyed the theater room and spent every night watching movies. Overall experience and the house was perfect. If i ever had a question during my stay i had no problem getting ahold of someone and getting a quick response. Great host and very kind people. We all are already talking about going back next year. Cant wait to be back!

We choose Carolina beach because it was our goal for the past 25 years. Such a great little island. From any spot on the island, it’s an easy walk or bike ride our beautiful sandy beach.

What makes this property unique

Who doesn’t love the magical feeling of Christmas. I believe Christmas feeling is part of the heart, and staying here you just feel that every day.
