Magical feeling everyday ~ Movies on the Big screen

Christmas cheer 365 days a year here. December 2024 our home to be a part of the Christmas tour of Pleasure Island. Pets are welcome, with a non refundable pet fee of $150 per pet(up to two). $150 collected at time of confirmed reservation. More than 2, $100 extra per pet, the rest will be requested at time of check in. Pets must be kenneled when left unattended , and no pets on beds. Please pick up all dog waste in yard before checking out This home was built in 2019 and is A short mile walk or ride to the sandy Carolina beach and boardwalk. Our three bedroom and three bath home sleeps 6. One master suite downstairs with a king bed on main floor. There’s also another bedroom on main living floor with a full bed, and a large tv. On the second floor there is a queen suite which has a queen size bed and a desk for your work/play needs. There's also a large tv for all your viewing needs. Queen suite also has an attached full bath. A theater room is also located on second floor, with 4 very comfy recliners, and stools for your convenience. First floor there’s a large open floor plan with living area, kitchen and small dining area, laundry room also on main floor. This is the perfect spot for any weather. Whether it’s a trip to the beautiful beach, or pulling up a lounger poolside. If weather happens to not be cooperating….a perfect spot for cuddling up with a blanket and sipping hot cocoa in theater room. Plenty of yard for little runs to run and play. Maybe even a fire in the pit, after dinner. Full access to home, with exception of garage and attic. Large fenced in yard with parking spot for rv/boat. Saltwater (not heated)pool(11’x20’) installed fall of 21.

If you prefer to bring your own bed linens….$75 will be taking off the cleaning fee, for your convenience. Just mention this before checking in….so we’re able to make the cleaning lady aware. We so know you’ll thoroughly enjoy your stay here at “ChristmaSea” Santa’s favorite beach spot!

Wonderful stay! Began with a lovely note and Christmas ornament…so nice! Kids immediately enjoyed the pool while we settled in. Easy drive to the beach, no problem parking on Texas Ave, and great beach privacy. House had everything you could think of needing! Loved this trip!

So festive!
Our group consisted of me, my husband and 9 year old son, and my parents. We absolutely loved the Christmas decorations. It was so festive and fun. We celebrated Christmas in July with movies in the theater and lots of swimming. The outdoor lights were great and my son loved night swimming. The house had everything we could have needed. I definitely overpacked! I highly recommend this property. The host was super communicative and friendly. We are already thinking of visiting again.

Words can’t describe what a beautiful home this was. From the Christmas decorations to the amazing backyard and move room! My teenage kids loved this home!! We are from Ohio (about 10hrs away)- so of course we were exhausted by our drive down here but as soon as we opened the front door we knew this place was going to be incredible! The warm, ambient light and a welcoming Santa greeted us upon our arrival- just like we stepped into another beautiful and magical world- this was a perfect way to start our vacation! The decorations really brought back the joy of celebrating Christmas with our families back home and memories of those who are no longer with us here in the physical world. I’ve never felt more at home in someone else’s place- than being at my own home. We were so appreciative of the welcome book with easy navigation of rules and recommendations for our stay. Dan and MJ were incredible hosts and the added details throughout the home to welcome us really added an extra level of magic to our experience here. I honestly don’t think there are enough words to describe the feeling of warmth, coziness, magic and happiness that we experienced on this trip! We cannot thank y’all enough for creating such a wonderful place to make memories with the people e we love! We are so very fortunate to have come across your page on VRBO- for sure this place has been the cherry on top for this vacation! We hope to be back soon! Overall a great experience!!!
House was great and very clean, just as described. The pool was nice and clean and the backyard was perfect and we utilized it alot. Kids really enjoyed the theater room and spent every night watching movies. Overall experience and the house was perfect. If i ever had a question during my stay i had no problem getting ahold of someone and getting a quick response. Great host and very kind people. We all are already talking about going back next year. Cant wait to be back!

The home is perfect for a family getaway. The home is exactly as advertised. I was able to walk to the beach. My kids loved the Christmas decorations. Easy communication with property owner. We really enjoyed the pool and the movie room. The home is well stocked when we first arrived and we did not have to immediately go to the store. We will be back for sure.

Always have a Great stay when we come to Wilmington. MJ and her husband have a Awesome House. They have everything you need for your stay and I mean everything !! This is our second time staying with them but first time in this new house. So close to the main drag and beaches. You can literally walk there if you want.

Absolutely magical VRBO experience, the kids loved the Christmas decorations! The adults loved the fully stocked house. Didn't need to make a trip out immediately for essentials like we do in some VRBO's. The owner is incredibly responsive and attentive. will definitely return!

Perfect for us...
We were looking for a 3bed - 3 bath home...There were two available at the time we booked. I knew the Christmas feel would appeal to a few in the group and decided to book this home. I'm really glad we did. The home, the pool, the location was everything we were hoping for. The Christmas feel doesn't overpower your senses after being in the home a while. In fact I kinda of enjoyed it as the week went on. The home was well stocked with everything you'd want for the week. We brought our bikes and it was an easy ride to the beach. Might have walked if it wasn't the middle of summer...If we ever get back to the area this home will be first place I'll look to rent.
