Great house close to town!

This is a great home for a family trip for skiing or to enjoy all the beauty Flagstaff has to offer. The home is close to downtown and lots of shopping and amenities. The home has older quaint charm and was well apportioned. The fenced in yard made it great for our dogs as well!

Summer Office Retreat

This was a great home for our office retreat. We stayed in the home for 2 months. It was a great location for in town daily excursions and easy access to the highway for road trips during our stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a fenced in area for our dogs. Rich, the host, was amazing! He was very accommodating to our needs and responded quickly when we had questions. This is a great rental home with a lot of character. Thank you Rich!

We loved this rental!

This was the perfect rental for a couple days while we taught our kids to snowboard. It is really spacious and cozy. Beds and bedding are really comfortable and a fireplace after the slopes was wonderful. The fenced in backyard was also perfect for our little pup. We also really liked to location. Everything you need close by. Will def return!

We went to the Barks N Brews pub crawl and rented because of how close the home was to downtown Flagstaff and Snowbowl. The home is awesome, clean, and was perfect for us.

Great location. Place was nice, however getting in and out of the driveway was a problem.

Renting the house was a breeze. Keyless access to the property was great. The only draw back was again the parking.

Fantastic Property

5 Stars for everything. Check-in was seamless. No surprises in the description. Clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and working appliances. Showers are snug for large people, but clean and functional. Parking is only one space and street parking is available but parking on the street overnight was a little more uncomfortable than expected. Ambulance sirens to the hospital across the street may interrupt sleep occasionally. I leave these comments without any note of complaint, merely as descriptions that may help in decision making when making a booking. We would book this location again without any reservation. We had a fantastic weekend. Highly recommended.

Great stay!

The Stone House is a great property! Extremely clean, well-appointed, and nicely decorated. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It is located on the corner opposite the hospital and there is just one parking space on the property. That stated, I would definitely rent the house again. Rich is a great host and was highly responsive to questions.

Took the family skiing.

We had 6 adults, one infant and the family dogs! Each family had their own bathroom and we had more than enough space for all of us. We will stay again, only issue was parking we had three vehicles and two had to be parked on the road.

It met our needs. The updated rooms are very nice. The other rooms need updating but were a nice size. We had 7 adults and 2 dogs. Dogs loved the small yard area.

We bought this home in Flagstaff because we love the historic pre-war charm and location in the center of things – we are close to downtown, NAU, and all the hiking trails. We enjoyed fully remodeling the home, putting on a brand new roof and installing central air conditioning and heat, all new cabinets, countertops, and appliances.
