Location of this condo was perfect for our quick one night stay. Super close to bars and restaurants all within walking distance. There were some communication hiccups regarding check in, as well as it not being cleaned from the last guests. Everything was rectified, though the delay put a dent in our evening plans due to timing. Additionally, the convenient locations also meant it was easy to hear the load night life of a adjacent venue. Not sure if this is a weekday issue since we were there on a Saturday, we would have preferred a quieter setting.

Downtown Flagstaff

We enjoy downtown Flagstaff and were pleased to find a place close. The room was comfortable. The managers were excellent to help with a problem that happened during our stay. We were not happy with excessive noise (lasting until 2 a.m.) coming from the Southside Tavern, a bar across the street from the cottages.

Easy access to downtown

Good location for getting around. The off street parking was a bonus and once we parked we really didn't need to drive again. Everything was very close. The neighborhood is a little "gritty" but it's a college town and to be expected. The room was a little dark but not much anyone can do abou that. It was clean and the bed was comfortable

The vacation rentals share the property with a restaurant. Our car was damaged entering the parking lot and the property manager would not provide us with a copy of the video of the parking area. The property manager said they couldn't talk to us about the damage and misled us into believing that the problem had been referred to VRBO. When I called VRBO they were unaware of the situation. The bed was very hard and the comforter was extremely heavy. The room has 7 pillows but only 1 small throw cover. The units are next door to the rescue mission. There were numerous homeless people on the walk from the property to the downtown restaurant and bar area.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet your expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few points to ensure future guests have accurate information. Our vacation rental is a stand-alone property and does not share space with any of the independently owned restaurants on South San Francisco St. The units are located behind a secured gate, separate from nearby businesses. Regarding the vehicle damage, we understand how stressful that situation can be. After reviewing the incident on the security cameras, it appears the gate was struck when your husband misjudged his distance while you were in front and directing him into the property. We also want to clarify that the condo is stocked with a duvet comforter, extra blankets, and a variety of pillows. We also provide additional bedding upon request. Many guests comment on how comfortable the bed is, though we understand comfort can be subjective. As for the surrounding area, the condo is set back from the main street, and while downtown foot traffic can vary, it is not directly connected to the property itself. We truly value all feedback, and we’re committed to providing a positive experience for every guest.
