Private Pickle-ball Court+Kids play backyard + 6 Flags +Cowboys + Airport

Welcome to the Cityplace House, an unbelievable home with loads of space and lots to do! The home is ideally located within minutes to Rangers' Park, Cowboy Stadium, 6 Flags, and other entertainment venues in the metro, and 15-20 minutes to DFW airport, Dallas downtown, and Fort Worth downtown. Enjoy WiFi, 75 inches smart TV, large backyard, high quality mattresses, and more

Important notes:

1) Pool and Spa are not heated . The pool is cleaned every Tuesday or Wednesday , however due to wind and rain, the pool can have some debris .

2) Our nightly rate includes the first 6 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. When number of guests are input in the booking request, the accurate rent quote is provided before the reservation is finalized. Early check in or late check out with a fee only if available ($50 per hour) . Late check without pre-approval will be $100 fee per 30 minutes.

3) We have a very strict No Large Gathering, Events or Party Policy. The only guests allowed on property for the entire duration of your stay are the people registered on the reservation and rental agreement (or those agreed upon prior to the beginning of your stay). Unfortunately, anything’s beyond that might lead to a forfeiture of the remainder of your stay and rental payment.

The house was very spacious for our group of 10. It was clean. Good accommodations. Be sure to bring what you need for cooking meals if you have a big group because they only have basic items. Great A/C and hot water. And the half bath is a plus.

This is not a 5 star place. Lots of quirks - TV remote did not work so TV did not either, lamps did not work, housekeeper there when we arrived so we had to wait, roaches, lots of standing water and mold/chemical smell in house. There was a big rainstorm so this is not the norm? Wi-fi spotty as well. One bed did not look clean with blood stains so we moved to another bed. Lots of maintenance has been done well and not so great on this 1970 house. Great for the price. Table cloth dirty and place mats as well. Frig worked great! Dishes had stains and cracks but seemed to be clean? Host wants a 5 star review since that is the Wifi code. Would not go back. The location seemed good for Arlington and downtown Dallas meet ups with friends and a concert.

Great stay

Great home with plenty of room for large family. Conveniently located very close to AT&T stadium, Rangers stadium and other attractions. Will return to this home next time I bring whole family to DFW.

Spacious comfort

Nancy’s place is great! It’s so spacious and has plenty of beds. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Great place close to entertainment. Wonderful!

Great house!

The house was large with an open concept giving us all lots of rooms. There were lots of beds to fit several families. The location was great as well. It was easy to get to everything in the area, while being outside the big hustle and bustle. We would definitely stay here again!
