This townhome is fresh and warm with everything you need for a relaxing stay! It features a grilling patio, a rooftop deck with lounge furniture and two bedrooms each with king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms. During your stay you’ll love that you can walk to Old Town, explore the downtown area, and take a leisurely stroll along the Poudre River Trail. You will love being near the vibrancy of downtown, all while enjoying the beautiful mountain views and relaxing atmosphere of our neighborhood!

Located in Old Town North, this hip townhome is within walking distance of Old Town Fort Collins, New Belgium Brewery and the Poudre River Trail. Spend the day touring breweries, shopping in Old Town, or exploring the local trail system. Then grab some local farm-raised beef at the farmers market and spark up the gas grill for a fresh home-cooked meal. You will love exploring Fort Collins on foot or bike, enjoying local food and music, and then relaxing in our gorgeous hip townhome!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Rooftop deck with lounge furniture and a main floor patio with gas grill

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen Smart TV, dining table with seating for 6, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: Half bath on main floor, hairdryers, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

Perfect for family visit

Loved Ft Collins. We found rental was too far to walk to downtown but easy to drive. Rental was well stocked and easy to cook and fulfilled our needs of a family gathering.

Great Space!!

Everything about this place was great and it looked just like the photos. It had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. It was conveniently located in a modern neighborhood, close to downtown, and stores. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town visiting family.

There were 2 couples that stayed at the property. Loved the 2 en suite bathrooms in each bedroom. Great location with walking distance to downtown, walking trails and breweries. House was comfortable for the 4 of us with the only negative being the exterior was in need of some TLC. I would rate the property an 8.5 out of 10.

Great location!

Thai place was in the perfect location for our stay. Close enough to downtown to walk there, but far enough away to experience the quiet of a neighborhood. It was also a short walk to New Belgium. The place was clean and quiet.

Loved the location! We could walk to Ginger and Baker for coffee and breakfast and then walk around downtown. The townhouse was very nice and modern. The 2 bedroom suites were ideal.

Absolutely loved it. The only downside is it is about 6 blocks further from Old Town than we would have preferred. Would stay there again in a heartbeat
