Excellent location. Spacious. Great amenities. Loved the roof top area with sofa, chairs, blankets to enjoy the sunset. Enjoyed the hot tub as well. Highly recommended.

Great location and well appointed for a large family. Nicely appointed and even had some disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste for those of us who forgot our toiletries. Great communication. Would stay here again!

This has to be one of the nicest VRBOs I have ever stayed in! The hosts thought of everything, toiletries in the bathrooms, an extremely well-stocked kitchen, beautiful decorating touches throughout the home. We had the most amazing stay here, and this is definitely a property I want to make sure we return to. Communication with the host was very quick and thorough, whenever we had a question, they were very prompt to respond, they even came out when we noticed an issue with the fire pit table within 30 minutes. I cannot recommend this property enough, it was so spacious and clean, and it was such a great location within Fort Collins, we never had to drive more than 10 minutes to whatever we wanted to do. 15/10 rating!!

Beautiful rooftop. Unfortunately it was too hot in July to enjoy so we opted for the patio in the yard. Tons of toys for the small kids. Great location.

Wonderful hosts! Great property with plenty of space for everyone and met all of our needs for an allergy friendly place to stay. Excellent communication with hosts. Especially enjoyed meeting the hot tub service man and learning the chemistry behind his work - very helpful for our kiddo with multiple severe allergies. Would absolutely stay again!

Hi! This place was perfect for our group and comfortably accommodated everyone. It was also conveniently located close enough to town, which was really nice.The only issues we had were that some cleaning supplies were left on the couch, and some items appeared to not have been put away after the cleaning was finished. We also found used contact lenses in the sheets of the upstairs twin bed, which made us question whether the sheets had been properly changed and cleaned. Overall, it just felt like the cleaning may have been a little rushed.Despite that, it was a nice place to stay and worked very well for our group!

We sincerely apologize for the cleaning supplies left out. That's a first for our crew, but not acceptable. As for the sheets on all of the beds - they are changed out each time (I do the washing myself). It appears that the contact lens could have been mine, but I lost it (I thought) earlier in the day. But maybe when I carried in the load of laundry. My apologies. Thank you for taking great care of our house.

This Vrbo is a great place for a family to be able to attend something like a graduation and be together! We had breakfasts at the house with a totally complete kitchen and nice big refrigerator, dishwasher, and tons of tools and small appliances. We didn’t have time to try out the hot tub, but the tub and deck looked great! We really enjoyed our homey visit to Ft Collins!

Our family from all over gathered for a very special time together and this property was one of several to choose from and we chose well! It accommodated my entire family so well, and even my little niece. The rooftop was a wonderful escape to watch the stars and a peaceful place to greet the morning and mountains. They had everything we needed from towels and laundry soap to extra chargers and toys for children. Extremely close to Old Town and New Belgium. Would love to come and stay again soon!
