Rent this gorgeous, platinum-rated town home! This spacious property is a short walk to both the Woodward (formerly Union Creek) and American Flyer chairlifts. Great location for beginners and experienced skiers alike! Complete with a private hot tub on the lower level, and balconies off both the living room and master suite, this is a very popular vacation rental!

The Master Bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and has King Bed and private balcony. The large en suite bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the townhome. One Bedroom features a Queen Bed along with a Twin Daybed. The Second Bedroom has a Twin Over Full Bunk.
The living room and fully appointed kitchen are on the 2nd floor. There is a wet bar and wine fridge in the living room and a half bath off the kitchen. The private balcony overlooks an expansive wooded area and Ten Mile Creek. Enjoy the gas fireplace, window seat overlooking the creek, and flat screen TV.
The private washer and dryer are located on the first floor.

There is a private, heated, 2-car garage. Additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot at the entrance of Copper Mountain for an additional charge in the winter, summer is free.

Amazing ski-in/ski-out!

Loved this ski-in/ski-out property! Was super convenient with underground garage/ski storage, and the ability to ski right to the back porch. Great covered hot tub for a nice apres ski. House had a huge 4k TV which was perfect for our visit on Super Bowl weekend. Can't wait to come back next year!

Family ski trip

The condo has a nice layout with plenty of room for our family of 5. There were a couple of issues that came up but the management company was quick to address and fix. It is not skin in/ski out, but is located about a five minute easy walk to the lifts. Good location with restaurants/stores easily walkable.

Great location

Walking distance to Center Village and Jacks, American Flyer and American Eagle lifts. Worked great for us. The inside garage was amazing. Not having to worry about warming up my truck every morning is not something I am used to when staying in Copper.

Union Creek 144C Townhome

Great ski in/ski out. Lots of hot water. Plenty of room heat. Everything in kitchen worked. Beds very comfy. As you see, my focus is creature comforts. And this townhome is 5 star for that.

Amazing stay

The property is beautiful and well maintained. We had no problems at all. The kitchen has all of the cooking supplies you need except for any basic spices. There is a grocery store close by in Frisco that you can find anything you need.

Quintessential mountain condo in AMAZING location

We had the pleasure of enjoying this condo for a ski weekend and it exceeded our every expectation. The location is perfect, about 5min to either Center or West Villages, and that's even walking slowly with young kids in ski boots! The inside of the condo is so comfortably appointed and decorated. Perfect mix of mountain style and at-home touches. The kitchen has all the right utensils and cooking items, and the living spaces are perfect for lounging, reading, or game-playing. We can't wait to go back!
