Magnificent penthouse apartment with panoramic views of the Mediterranean, 7 minutes by car from the beach and shops. Located in a quiet, wooded and green residence, in harmonious architecture with gardens and 2 outdoor swimming pools (large swimming pool open only in season). This apartment will allow you to explore the Costa del Sol and its joyful and festive crowds, and also to appreciate the calm in a natural landscape of Andalusia. Tastefully decorated, the accommodation is fully equipped to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private toilet, with 150cm double bed, offers you a view of the sea and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a 150cm double bed. A large living room and dining room opening onto the large south-facing terrace. For meals inside or on the terrace, the big blue is always present. A small kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped. Malaga airport is a maximum of 30 minutes away, with access to the AP-7 or A7.
