Such a fun and secluded spot in a great location close to Devils Den State Park. The new turf that has been added to the area around the pond and the mini soccer field was an unexpected bonus that our kids really enjoyed. The kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing and playing games on the turf. We stayed two nights and once we checked in we only left for a couple of hours to go to Devils Den, otherwise, there was enough to do on the property that the kids didn't want to leave. Great place and amazing hosts!
Connie, the host, was attentive to any needs or questions we had. This is a great location not far from Devil’s Den State Park. The cabin was very clean and was everything it appeared to be in the listing. There were three adults in the cabin and there was plenty of room. This was a great stay!!
Wonderful, cozy stay! The cabin was super quaint and clean. We caught a lot of fish, kayaked, enjoyed the porch swing, disc golf, and just being disconnected! Connie was amazing to communicate with and they had a welcome binder that gave us additional ideas of what to do in the area. Super close to Devils Den which was nice also. Highly recommend.
Beautiful tiny cabin. We greatly enjoyed fishing in the small pond and hiking around the gorgeous property. Drinking coffee each morning on the front porch overlooking the forest was a perfect way to start each day.
Convenitently loctaed so close to devils den state park.
This place is the prefect little hideaway from the crazy life of the city. Lest then 2 hrs from Tulsa Oklahoma this cabin is a great place to stay to relax and enjoy nature. The host is one of the sweetest people that could ever be. We will be staying again a bringing for family with us next time.
My husband and i stayed in the Fisherman's Cabin. It was super clean, really cute, and comfortable. Several chickens greeted us when we arrived, which was the highlight of my weekend! (I LOVE chickens!) Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night, but i hope to get back up there very soon!
I stayed at the Fisherman's Cabin for a visit to the University of Arkansas. It is just as described. Very clean and excellent communications with the host. The cabin would be perfect for a small family. Each cabin has a firepit, grill, and picnic table for an outdoor gathering. I will definitely be back with our family!
The property was squeaky clean and perfect for a family adventure. The loft bedroom is accessible by ladder only - the kids would love it. Plan on arriving before dark as the road to and from is a little dicy and could be hard to find.
The cabin was very clean. Plenty of towels and extra blankets if needed. There are several other cabins close by. No complaints at all with this property!
Beautiful, out-of-the-way spot but rocky road rough.
Beautiful wooded spot off the beaten path. Cabin was cozy and clean. Trails were tranquil and relaxing. No shampoo or coffee so bring your own. Road was very rocky just take it slow.
It was a fabulous place to stay. The road is rough but it is in the description that 4wd or AWD is recommended and I agree but that shouldn’t keep anyone from having a wonderful experience while staying here. Great communication from owner and just a wonderful place and scenery
Welcome to Winslow, Arkansas! We are Vernon and Connie and are the proud parents of 12 children. As the grandchildren are being added, we decided to develop a place where they could come and visit and also be able to share that with others. Family is very important to us and having a place for families to be together and make memories is valuable! We love Arkansas and all the beauty that it offers. Come visit and enjoy the peace and beauty that God has created here.
