It also has a private 500 s.f. patio area with seating and outdoor shower with garden views. Property is walking distance to beach, the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve, great restaurants, and a small convenience store. Downtown Del Mar, with its wonderful beach-front restaurants, charming shops, L'Auberge Hotel, Del Mar Plaza, scenic Seagrove and Powerhouse Parks, beaches and nearby Del Mar Racetrack, is approximately 3 miles away. Located at end of street in quiet residential area, with ample parking. Note: security doorbell and garage camera in use on property.
