The property was located at the perfect location (a block away from the beach). David was very attentive and a wonderful host. Place was comfortable and beautiful and close to everything. We rented bikes which made things even better. Parking was a problem but there's no way around that. Will definitely visit again!! Thank you!

This is a great value! Very close to the beach, but also within walking distance of a good grocery store and restaurants. There is also a bus stop very nearby that can quickly (and cheaply) take you almost anywhere in San Diego - even up to Torrey Pines. The kitchen is small, but we were able to make almost all of our meals there with no problem. The outdoor grill was great for cooking fish (fresh from Nico's - short walk away). The location and affordability are hard to beat!

Awesome Location!

This was an excellent place to have some R&R. So close to the beach and all kinds of restaurants. The bed was also very comfortable! I’d stay again!

Great Location

This place was great! It is only a stone's throw from the beach/boardwalk and walking distance to all the restaurants in PB. It is a five minute drive to La Jolla and 15 minute drive from the airport.

Mission Beach getaway

This is a cute little place, emphasis on little. Would have loved a little more room for cooking and indoor seating.

Some people just are never pleased. The size of the place is in the listing at 430 sq. ft. This is much bigger than the standard hotel room size of approximately 300 sq. ft. The place is literally only 200 ft. to the sand at the ocean beach and 350 ft. to the beach at the bay. All, yes, all of the local hotels are a lot more expensive, even the less than desirable. I do everything I can to make everything as pleasant as possible. Please take a look at the rest of my reviews.

It's funny how some folks forget that they rented my place at a two-star rate and are getting a 3 1/2 star place just 190 feet to the beach. Just okay? My my aren't we something?
