Wonderful open views from the terrace, as far as the Mont Blanc on clear days. Charming modern décor preserving country-style pieces. Owners' home is set in a building in line with the gîte. Totally separate entrance, accessed via 2 outside stairs. Open plan living room/ fitted kitchen/ dining & lounge areas (wood pellet stove). Hall. 2 bedrooms (2 single beds) (double bed). Shower room. Separate WC. Terrace (80 sq.m.), garden furniture, barbecue, toboggan, children's games, sunshade. Private parking.
