Welcome to The Boat House, a spacious three-level lake home on Table Rock Lake where you will enjoy panoramic lake and sunset views throughout your stay. This home is ideal for family vacations or group getaways, offering both room to relax and space to come together.

You’ll be within 10 minutes of Branson’s entertainment district, Silver Dollar City, and the marina, giving you quick access to shows, attractions, and all-day boating adventures while still enjoying a peaceful lake setting. During your stay, you’ll also have access to community indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball and basketball courts, and a playground.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living area designed for gathering, with comfortable furnishings and Smart TVs in every bedroom for downtime after busy days. Step outside to two decks—one with a grill and picnic table for outdoor meals, and another with a private hot tub, perfect for relaxing in the evenings while taking in the views. The lower level features a game room with a throwback arcade, which is always a favorite.

You’ll have plenty of sleeping space with multiple king bedrooms, bunk beds for kids, and a main-level suite with no stairs, making the home comfortable for all ages. My favorite VRBO I have ever stayed at. All essentials were supplied. Loved sitting in the hot tub at night after seeing shows and having fun in Branson. Comfy cozy and clean with a view. Perfect location for getting around. Strongly recommend!

Great house; great view!

The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. The view from our decks was fabulous. Our 4 year old granddaughter loved the pool and play area and spent lots of time there. This was a great location for exploring the area: Silver Dollar City; Aquarium; Branson Landing; Dogwood Canyon, and a day trip to Eureka Springs. We would definitely stay here again.
