With a twenty year ownership and rental history, this comfortable home is new to VRBO & Home Away in 2018! It is in a central location in North Eastham near the bike trail, walkable to shops, and under 2 miles to Nauset Light (ocean) or popular Campground Road (bay) beaches. Popular Arnolds Restaurant featuring famous seafood and mini golf is nearby.
Located on a quiet cul de sac , amenities include AC, HDTV, digital cable, blue ray player, wired and wireless Internet, washer & dryer, and complete kitchen facilities. There is a comfortable 16' x 18' Great Room, two outdoor patios with lounge chairs, patio chairs and a large picnic table, outdoor (hot) shower and parking for two cars. Bedroom configuration for 8 persons with two queen bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. An additional TV is located in the basement with a ping pong table.
