Getaway for a little R and R this summer to the serenity of Eastham, where waves crash on shore and families escape for lifetime memories. You’ll love life by the water, at the Water Lily.



Pushing open the front door, you’ll enter the home’s living room, a great space to catch up after a day of exploring Eastham. Pass by the dining room table, and head into the kitchen to start prepping your vacation feasts. Enjoy a sun-soaked dinner on the side patio, or eat at the hightop or dining table in the kitchen. At the end of the evening, split your separate ways to one of the four bedrooms. Two bedrooms are situated on the first floor, with easy access to the home’s first full bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find the home’s primary bedroom, complete with a queen size bed and great workspace. Across the hall is the perfect bedroom for the kiddos to crash in, with 2 Twin beds, and game space to hang out.

Nice beach rental

This is a nice beach rental close to Eastham beaches. I took off one star because the table seats 6, which is a little small for a 4-bedroom rental, and the property has no dishwasher. Delmar was easy to work with, and I would rent from them again. We unfortunately stayed only briefly due to covid going through our party.

Eastham Gem

My family of 8 had an incredible stay in this clean, beautiful Eastham home. Comfortable space for 8 adults. We enjoyed grilling, sitting around the fire pit and playing wiffle ball in the side yard. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and close to everything! We loved the proximity to the Cape Cod Rail Trail (about 1 mile). Especially enjoyed Nauset Ice Cream, Casa Del Cabo, Blue Willow and Caroline's Bar and Grill.

Decent but not great

This is a decent property let down by a mediocre property manager, Del Mar. 9 am checkout paired with a 4 pm check in is outrageous - a three day booking feels like one day. The home didn’t feel lived in. The appliances and cookery were poor. The landscaping was nonexistent and the lawn and garden beds were overrun with weeks. On the plus side, this was a great location close to the beach and the bedrooms are nice, with decent beds.

Nice, but not amazing

Overall, the house was very pretty and the neighborhood quiet and close to the beaches. The rental company gave us the wrong code to get into the house and that was frustrating, but easy to fix. I was surprised at how sparse the resources were in the house. One towel per person, and not much in the kitchen. For the price (especially off season) and the fees, I guess we expected more. It was a fun long weekend experience but I wouldn’t go back unless the cost of the stay was reduced.

An easy stay~

This was a great location for accessing the Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, wellfleet and Proveincetown.The managment team was very responsive to a few minor questions that we had.

Wonderful home close to beach!

This home is clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. DelMar services it, so linens are wonderful (rare on the Cape) and the beds were so comfortable. Nice kitchen space for our adult children to cook, work remotely, and gather. Great back yard with a fire pit. There's a fun bedroom upstairs w/twin beds and foosball if you have younger ones. Walk or drive 1 mile to Cooks Brooke Beach. Great location and excellent communication/service by host! Hope to return!

Cape Escape

Everything you could want in a vacation house. What seemed like a little house had so much space and charm. Room for 8! The back yard gave you space and privacy. We put our sneakers on and walked to the beach every day. One day Campground Beach the other Steale Beach. We truely enjoyed out stay. Thank you to our host for the lovely house and great communication!

Perfectly lovely

So clean, neat, tidy and comfortable. Felt like a welcoming place to rest and unwind immediately upon entering. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on and we appreciated the huge bean bag chairs for the kids to lounge on. Everything was very clean and tidy. The decor was nicely appointed and not at all tacky. We would love to stay here again. A truly darling vacation home.

The cottage was very clean. It was great not having to bring our own sheets, etc. outdoor fire pit was wonderful to have. Nice quiet street, short trip to surrounding beaches.

Best Cape Vacation!

Thanks so much for making our vacation perfect in every way! The house was amazing right from the start. Terrific house and location

This is a terrific house in a nice neighborhood of Eastham, perhaps a 15-minute walk from bayside beaches. Also a 10-minute drive to Marconi Beach at the National Seashore, and convenient to shopping in Orleans or Wellfleet. Four spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen with eating area, and two nice areas for gathering outdoors. The rental agency is very responsive to any needs and helpful.
