Views of the Strait of Georgia, Gulf Islands, and the provincial park next door. Country, coastal living but only 12 minutes away from the Nanaimo airport , 15 minutes to Ladysmith, 1.5 hour from Victoria and minutes from ferries to Vancouver, Squamish and Whistler.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please clean out fridge/freezer, removing all perishables. Wash dishes and put away.
Hang all damp towels in the bathroom Dispose of garbage and recycling (by tennis court). Please cover the outdoor furniture (cover tucked behind couch).
Excessive cleaning and laundry may result in additional charges based on actual cost of cleaning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please clean out the fridge and remove all garbage and recycling at the end of your stay.
Garbage and Recycling: Located behind the fence as you go towards the tennis court and laundry.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted on any patio, deck, stairway, in the pool/hot tub enclosure .There are designated smoking areas on the property.
