The apartment decor and the view from the balcony is even better than in the photos. Very well equipped kitchen. Good location and an easy stroll to Baie des Citrons beach and restaurants. One thing to keep in mind, at the time of writing there is still some construction work happening on the remaining phases of the La Voile du Rocher apartments, but the noise wasn't too intrusive during our stay. I'd stay here again if coming back to Noumea.

This is a very well appointed, well situated, clean and comfortable apartment. A short walk to the major beach areas and restaurants. The balcony has views of the water and is quite private, and a great spot for eating meals and relaxing at the end of the day.

Beautiful apartment, great location and views, excellent bed and pillows! Good kitchen and nice to have walk in robe ( for suitcases etc). It is opposite a casino and there's a large bank of airconditioners going, not noticeable daytime but night was better with door shut, air con on. Really nice local artist decor. Close to bars, restaurants, patisserie, about 30 mins to good supermarket.

Loved the decor/interior design of the apartment. In a great position close to beaches, water taxis, restaurants, and aquarium. The apartment was equip with everything required for the stay.

Wonderful sea view from the apartment. Balcony was a lovely place to be first thing in the morning & also in the evening to watch sunset. Just a quick walk to Anse Vata beach for amazing swimming with lifeguards on duty. Very convenient to head out to duck or master islands for the day( just pop across the road) Well equipped kitchen with full size fridge/ freezer which made it so convenient.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Manu’s apartment. It is perfectly located to walk around Anse Vata and Baie des Citrons with plenty of spots to eat and drink and some nice boulangeries nearby. The apartment had all we needed for a very comfortable weeklong stay including a well equipped kitchen and awesome views from the balcony. I would love to stay again!

A wonderful place to stay. The apartment is modern and well equipped, and we particularly loved the location. Our Host Manu (even though we didn’t meet personally), ensured every convenience was available to us. Thank you again.

Superbe appartement, bien positionné, propre, chaleureusement décoré et tout proche de la baie des citrons et d’Anse vata. Restaurants et boulangerie dans le quartier de la voile du rocher. On réservera à nouveau cette location si on revient en Nouvelle Caledonie.

L'appartement était vraiment magnifique, avec une cuisine bien équipée, une vue imprenable depuis le balcon et une place de stationment incluse. L'hôte était très réactif et il a été extrêmement agréable d'échanger avec lui. Des bars et des restaurants se trouvaient à proximité. De plus, le bâtiment disposait d'une salle de sport accessible à la séance au rez-de-chaussée. À recommander vivement.The apartment was truly beautiful with a well-equipped kitchen and a stunning view from the balcony plus parking provided. The host was high responsive and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Bars and restaurants were also located nearby plus a gym downstairs that permitted casual entry. Highly recommended.

L'appartement est très agréable. La vue est magnifique. Un seul problème mais cela va disparaitre: les travaux de transformation des logements situés à quelques mètres de l’appartement - bruits dès 07:00 samedi compris.

Super appartement

L'appartement est très bien placé à la jonction de l'Anse Vata et de la Baie des Citrons, avec une magnifique vue sur les deux baies. L'appartement est bien équipé et tout le nécessaire pour les 1ers jours (café, jus...), voire le séjour (lessive) est là, ce qui est très appréciable. La communication avec l'hôte est très fluide via whatsapp ou téléphone. Séjour parfait, vraiment ! Je recommande et j'y retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour.
