Located on beautiful Anastasia Island, this 1920's fully renovated luxury apartment is walking distance to historic St Augustine via the Bridge of Lions and biking distance to St Augustine Beach. In the early Florida boom period of the 1920's, British developer D.P. Davis fell in love with St. Augustine and designed the Davis Shores neighborhood right over the Bridge of Lyons on Anastasia Island.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is located in a lovely part of St. Augustine—quiet, charming, and close to everything. The space was impeccably clean and well kept, which made us feel right at home. Communication and check-in were smooth, and the entire transaction was quick and easy. We were in town for a Kip Moore concert. We were 2 miles from the venue. Perfect location to everything. As of this review, this rental is exactly as listed. Clean, open concept, walking distance to downtown Saint Augustine, just over the bridge. Will definitely rent this unit for any future visits to the area.

This is a lovely property just across the Lions Bridge from historic St Augustine. It’s an easy walk and very convenient location. The neighborhood was quiet and a great place for an early morning walk. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay @ Anastasia Grand. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and quiet. It is located within walking distance to the historical spots in downtown St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. short, 1/2 mile or so walk across the bridge to downtown. Clean and spotless. Nice neighborhood. Would stay again. Parking is easy compared to other locations downtown. Highly recommend.

This unit is beautiful!!! The location was perfect. You’re just 2 blocks from the bridge of lions. Walk over to historic downtown, traffic and parking are atrocious!! This is in the perfect spot! We enjoyed our stay!! We HIGHLY recommend!!

We stayed from Monday till Friday and it was perfect. The building is beautiful, the apartment was quiet and just perfect for 2 people. The small court area between the building and garage was so nice. I sat outside every morning and evening and there was shade and a cool breeze blowing all the time. We walked to historic St Augustine several times with no issues. The drive to the beach from the apartment was only about 7 minutes. I would recommend staying here to any couple or single person who just wants some quiet down time. We absolutely love it.
